1) If there is God, who is the real god? Baal, Zeus, Yahweh, Allah, Ra, Brahman etc.
The natural man does not receive the things of God, nor can they for they are spiritually discerned..
Creation testifies there is a God, and of His attributes, which one of them is love towards people, for He provided food, and the means to make clothing and shelter, so the atheist is without excuse.
If looking at creation does not convince them of a God then they do not want to believe.
The Bible says one can rise from the dead and tell them the truth, but they still would not believe.
2) Why do people are confused who is the real God if there is really a God the reason people worship different gods?
Out of all the Gods people worship it is obvious it is the God of Israel that is the true God by telling us the end from the beginning, and the whole history of mankind, and what is going on right now, which is how God shows us He is the true God.
If people know prophesy of the Bible point it out to the atheist that how would they know back then of these things.
3) How do Science explain the existence of God?
It does not matter for they do not want to believe there is a God, so they do not believe there is a God, so they have to have some explanation how things came about so it is evolution which is a joke.
But evolution is the future for this sinful world, and the wicked are working to try to bring the nations together and establish the new age movement in the world based on evolution, and people can still evolve, so they will work at doing that, and science will say evolution.
Like they took prayer out of school and taught evolution, for that is the future for this world, for the new age movement is the future for this world.
4) If there is God, why he allowed a lot of suffering to happen here on earth today?
Paul said the sufferings of this world are only temporary, and not comparable to the glory the saints shall receive, eternal life, and no matter the suffering and pain a person can cry out to God and be saved.
So it is not God's fault if they do not cry out to Him.
Jesus said do not fear what they can do to the body, but can do not more, but fear God.
Paul said the saints are killed all the day long, and suffer persecution.
5) If God exists and He is love, why he let the devil roam around the world to tempt people to do sin?
Because people sin so the devil gets to roam free, but on a leash, but one day the devil will be off his leash and deceive all people that do not love God by the New Age Christ, and then God will stop this sin business on earth, and then the devil is not free to roam around but in the bottomless pit, then Jesus and the saints will rule over the heathen on earth that followed the New Age Christ, and at the end of that time the devil will be loosed and deceive the heathen to go against the saints, and then God will put a stop to them, and sin no more, and the devil is locked away for good.
As long as people sin the devil can roam free, but when people cannot sin anymore the devil is locked away, for it is people's sins that allows the devil to roam free.
So tell the atheist to stop sinning, and acknowledge Jesus so they will not contribute to the devil roaming free tempting people.
6) How will you explain when, where and how God exists from the beginning?
There is no such thing as time, for it does not exist as a substance, or an eternal principle, but is only a measuring tool to measure the beginning of creation to the end of this heaven and earth.
Before creation there is no time, and after this heaven and earth pass away there is no time, for time is only a measuring tool to measure things scheduled, and there is no schedule before creation, for all thins go on the same, and no schedule after this heaven and earth pass away, for all things go on the same.
Also the sun going up and going down, and coming up again, constitutes a day, but before creation there is no sun, and after this heaven and earth pass away there is no sun, for the New Jerusalem has no sun, but the Lamb is the light of it as God shines out of the body of the glorified body of the man Christ Jesus and lights the New Jerusalem.
There is no such thing as time as a substance, or an eternal principle, but only a measuring tool to measure things scheduled concerning creation of this present heaven and earth, and also helps us out to schedule things on earth.
Time is not like gravity, and there is no fundamental principle to time that is science, for it does not exist, and there is no time travel, or anything else they think about time.
There is also no such thing as space for God is omnipresent and fills all space, so there is always a substance in all space, and no empty place.
People look up at the sky and they say oh look space, but oh look God.

Because we have a choice between good and evil, and people sin, so we do not get it like the garden of Eden before the fall, and you can blame Adam and Eve for sinning that allowed Satan to be the god of this world over the children of disobedience, but if they had not of sinned then there is no spiritual salvation.
If people sin the devil gets to roam free without punishment until people cannot sin anymore when God stops sin then the devil is locked away for good.
The thing is people believe what they want to believe, and the atheist is not without influence put upon them to believe in evolution, and the religions fight which causes them to want to be an atheist, and the Christians fight over the Bible which does not help in the matter of the atheist turning to God, and problems and troubles on earth causing the atheist to not believe.
i know a man that is an atheist, but his concept of reality is based on Star Trek, which he believes there is aliens, and that one day mankind can roam the universe as them, and believes Jesus was probably a space traveler that landed on earth, so to them He would be a God, so they wrote of Him.
We cannot even convince each other what we believe is truth concerning the Bible as the many different denominations testify of that, and the many that came up based along the new age movement, with a naturalness about them like Christian Science, and Scientology, so reaching an atheist might not be that easy.
