When I read how Abraham was asked by Isaac where the offering was for the burnt offering, I always beilieve it to b the first mention of the Lamb of God Who is God,.

In this particular quote, Genesis 22 Verse 8, Abraham answers Isaa the God would supply Hiself a Lamb for the offering.. Always a wonderful passage to reflect upon and understand., I have determined.

I believe it was a lamb that God slayed in order to cloth Adam and Eve. It was a lamb, I believe, that Abel offered to God. It was even a lamb that was laying outside the tent door of Cain that God told him to take and offer.

If you know, you know. No disputing.

I always like this verse in Genesis because after Abraham declared the Lamb God would supply was not given him right then and there, rather Abraham saw a RAM caught in a thicket and offered it up, therefore not fulfilling what he said to Isaac, no errors are s are an accident in theWord.
