well you can totally talk about yourself lady its fine, track can be fun it just wasn't for me if youre a runner though that's cool maybe you can figure out a way to join one of those marathon thingies instead. anyway I HAD to run track cuz I played football but the coaches wanted us to either run track or play baseball so we could stay fit and stuff BUT thanks to my high endurance my coach FORCED me to run track even though I wanted to try baseball. I don't enjoy running for no reason, I don't like wearing(basically) boxer briefs, and I didn't like pushing myself at the time so I hated track lol. the only thing I thought was kinda cool was the high jump and we didn't have that so yea. and for my workouts I do calisthenics, or bodyweight exercises, so I split the workouts up into groups, so I do abs, triceps, biceps, legs, and chest soooo for abs I start with leg raises and the L sit ( i cant hold it for too long) then I go down the progression of easier exercises until I can't do anymore lol. then id do the same thing for triceps starting with dips, biceps starting with pullups, legs starting with assisted pistol squats, and for my chest I just do inclined pushups. I think I need to start doing more work on my shoulders though because they seem a lot weaker then the rest of my arms so yea.
