Can you guys pray for my dad? He needs a new job, this current job he’s in is very very very stressful on him and he just needs a lot of prayers, I really don’t know what eles to say.

Pray and agree with your dad that God will open up doors of opportunity for new employment, then start checking the job ads with faith! 'If two or more agree as touching anything that they shall ask it shall be done for them by my Father in Heaven'. Mt 18:19
God, relieve the stress, grant freedom to the dad, help the dad practice "self-care" and "Godly-care" and help the dad find a job with a nicer boss, a more humane job where the dad can learn what it's like to experience a bit more relief, in which the dad is ready to appreciate.
Saying a prayer for God to steer him to a less stressful job with comparable or higher pay than he now has.
