Who cares? They used to think astrology was science too. They thought the world was flat and the sun and stars revolved around it. Columbus thought China was where north America is and the Caribbean was India. Edison though dc is safer and better than ac and doctors thought hysteria was due to sexual frustration. Freud prescribed cocaine for depression too. Science isn't very accurate at all. Marijuana was a dangerous drug and alcohol wasn't

the sun in our solar system is a science that no man can recreate, now of coarse humans know the reaction of nuclear fusion and can recreate the fusion but humans cannot contain it in tight ball the size of the sun without spewing all over the place.
