Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He shall sustain you: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."

How do we do this?

Many times I have bee oppressed. I just allowed it to happen without saying anything. I did not c complain, but also I did nto talk to the Lord about it.

I learned to talke to Him about my problems, and lot, when oppression came, I would cast it upon Him by expressing how I felt and miracles occurred, they still do. I should have started doing this a long time ago.

Yes, god is there, so talk to Him...………...good post, thank you. God bless you.

Find a quiet place where you can be alone, if physically possible.......get down on your knees and in sincere and contrite prayer tell God the issues you are dealing with (He already knows, yes, but tell Him anyway), and tell Him that you are leaving them for Him to deal with, and you are leaving them at the foot of the Cross.

How I do it.............none of this required......just how I do it

Most important...........ONCE you do this, LEAVE the issue there..........DO NOT continue to try and deal with it yourself.......you gave it to God, let Him deal with it.

Christians must start thinking Spiritually, which refers to the fact that everything is furnished to us through the Cross, and is obtained by Faith and not works. Many Christians say you put too much emphasis on the Cross. I remind you that the Apostle Paul said, "We preach Christ Crucified (1 Cor. 1:23). He also said, "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him Crucified (1 Cor. 2:2). Notice two subjects: Christ and the Cross. Why would the Apostle Paul say such a thing? Because that is the only way we receive victory over sin, the world, the flesh, and the devil!

And he said to them all, If any man will come after Me (the criteria for Discipleship), let him deny himself (not asceticism as many think, but rather that one denies one's own willpower, self-will, strength, and ability, depending totally on Christ), and take up his cross (the benefits of the Cross, looking exclusively to what Jesus did there to meet our every need) daily (this is so important, our looking to the Cross; that we must renew our Faith in what Christ has done for us, even on a daily basis, for Satan will ever try to move us away from the Cross as the Object of our Faith, which always spells disaster), and follow Me (Christ can be followed only by the Believer looking to the Cross, understanding what it accomplished, and by that means alone [Rom. 6:3-5, 11, 14; 8:1-2, 11; 1 Cor. 1:17-18, 21, 23; 2:2; Gal. 6:14; Eph. 2:13-18; Col. 3:14-15]). Luke 9:23

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it (try to live one's life outside of Christ and the Cross): but whosoever will lose his life for My sake, the same shall save it (when we place our Faith entirely in Christ and the Cross, looking exclusively to Him, we have just found "more Abundant Life" [John 10:10]) Luke 9:24

As far as trying to do something as it concerns taking up the Cross daily, we are to do nothing. In fact, it was already done at Calvary some two thousand years ago. On a daily basis, we should reinforce our Faith in Christ and what He has done for us at the Cross (Rom. 6:3-5; 8:2, Gal. 2:20-21, Col. 2:10-15). This is the "Truth" which we must learn, act upon, and continue to act upon, which guarantees the help of the Holy Spirit.

We are not wrestling against flesh and blood. Satan has been defeated through the Cross. Principalities and powers have been spoiled (Col. 2:15). We are enforcing this victory through applying the Cross of Calvary to the pulling down strongholds by placing and maintain our Faith exclusively in Christ and the Finished Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won, i.e., "The Blood of Jesus." Our source of Power is the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace (Exodus 14:14). "In Justification, the Lord fights 'for' us, and in Sanctification, He fights 'in' us."

Two kinds of peace
1. Justifying Peace - This is Peace with God, a legal standing. Rom. 8:7; Eph. 2:14-15
2. Sanctifying Peace - This is the Peace of God in the heart. Rom. 8:6; 14:19; 15:13; Gal. 1:3

The first is the result of a legal standing. The second is the result of the Work of the Holy Spirit. The first is static, never fluctuates, the second changes almost from hour to hour. The first, every Christian has, the second, every Christian may have.

Sanctifying peace allows the Holy Spirit to deliver the Believer into the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ so that the Life of Christ is manifested through the Believer by the power of the Holy Spirit (2 Cor. 4:11, Gal. 2:20-21, Romans 8:2; 13, John 14:21). We must remember, it is His Life (Christ) that brings the victory, and not ours.

We have been given the keys of the Kingdom (Matthew 16:19). This gives us the authority to "bind" and "loose." "Binding" ties Satan's hands and stops his power to "steal, kill, and destroy," likewise, the "loosing" releases all that Jesus did at Calvary and the Resurrection. "Binding" has to do with the spirit world of darkness while "loosing" has to do with the Spirit world of Light. To "bind" means to restrict, stop, hinder, fetter, check, hold back, arrest, or put a stop to. To "loose" means to untie, unbind, unlock, liberate, release, forgive, or free.

(Access granted - Mark 15:38, Hebrews 9:3) - The only way to God is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6)...the only way to Jesus Christ is by the Means of the Cross (Luke 14:27). The only way to the Cross is a denial of self (Luke 9:23). If any person tries to come any other way, Jesus says, "they are a thief and a robber" (John 10:1).

1. Jesus Christ is the source of all blessings.
2. The Cross is the means by which all blessings are given.
3. The object of our faith must be Christ and the Cross.
4. That being done, the Holy Spirit will greatly help us.

The question is, "How much value do we place on the Offering of Christ?" Do we feel that the Cross is the answer to every question, the solution to every problem, the strength for every weakness, the life for every death, the salvation for every sin, and the health for every sickness? How you as a Believer look at the Cross, is how you value the Cross. This is very, very serious, so we should think about it very carefully.

For one to receive the proper benefits of the Cross, in other words that for which Jesus died, one must understand its proper value, and at the same time, properly understand its value.

At the Judgement Seat Of Christ,

Paul wrote that the “fire” of Christ will reveal those areas of our life that were of Him and those areas which were of ourselves. Everything not of Him will be burned, and everything of Him will result in an eternal blessing for us individually.

When I say, “don’t settle,” I mean don’t settle for partial victory when God has given you complete victory.

Through the Blood of Jesus, God has provided for us:

• Complete victory over the dominion of sin (Rom. 6:14)
• Complete victory over every foul, wicked, and immoral spirit that is in this world
• Complete victory over every lying, seducing, discouraging, confusing, oppressive, and religious spirit that is in the church
• Complete victory over Satan

More important and impressive than all of the above is complete victory over unbelieving, self-dependent, self-trusting, self-glorying, and selfish self—our own flesh (Gal. 5:16).

That’s a lot of victory provided to us through belief in Christ and His victory on the Cross for us. But we have a tendency to get to certain points in our Christian journey and settle. We settle in and get satisfied at the level of growth that God has brought us to, and we stop believing God for more. This can happen both individually and corporately, as a church. At times, we settle for talent, professionalism, protocol, church tradition, and going through the motions rather than being desperate for the anointing of the Spirit that breaks yokes in the lives of other people and our own. We should always be pressing in for more of Christ and less of us (Phil. 3:12-14).

We have many examples in the Bible of individuals who settled in rather than pressing in for more. It not only affected them personally, but others around them—even future generations after them. Unbelief always does.

A prime example is Joash, the wicked king of Israel, in II Kings 13:14-19. In that passage, Israel was losing ground to the Syrians— Israel’s enemy. The Syrians were taking more and more of Israel’s country, and there was nothing that Israel, the northern kingdom, could to do about it. Joash heard that the man of God, Elisha, was dying, so he came to Elisha and wept over him (vs. 14). He sought God’s help near Elisha’s death when he should have been seeking God’s help when Elisha was much younger. Elisha told Joash to do something that was strange to Joash; he told him to take his bow and an arrow and to shoot an arrow out the window facing eastward. Elisha rose up from his sickbed and put his hands on Joash’s hands, and told Joash, “Shoot.”

Joash and Elisha shot the arrow, and Elisha declared, “The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance, and the arrow of deliverance from Syria” (II Kings 13:17)

Elisha putting his hands on Joash’s hands was a type of our union with Christ that we received when we first got saved, and that we continue to have through faith alone in Christ and His death and resurrection. We are helpless without the hands of Jesus. We need His hands and His help in everything we do. The “arrow of the Lord’s deliverance” is a type of the Cross—it is His deliverance, His victory, His everything—and He gives it to us. For Joash, this arrow typified deliverance from the Syrians and every enemy that would stand against them, if Israel would trust God. God’s plan was that Israel would completely defeat the Syrians until they were consumed.

In II Kings 13:18, Elisha told Joash to do something else that was strange to Joash. Elisha told him to take the rest of the arrows and strike the ground. In ancient days, it was common, when armies were facing each other, that each army would strike the ground with their spears or anything they had to produce a pounding sound that was meant to intimidate the enemy. It was a way of saying, “This is how we’re going to defeat you, over and over again, until you are completely defeated.” I believe Joash understood this, so he struck the ground three times probably thinking that three times would be enough. Maybe he thought Elisha would be impressed with him. Instead, Elisha was fuming angry with Joash and told him, “You should have smitten five or six times; then had you smitten Syria till you had consumed it: whereas now you will smite Syria but thrice” (II Kings 13:19)

Because of unbelief Joash settled for partial victory when God desired to give Israel complete victory over the Syrians. Israel eventually defeated the Syrians three times just as Elisha said, but 100 years later they would come back and completely destroy Israel, the northern kingdom.

Joash’s lack of faith not only affected him, but also future generations to come. The same applies to us: our faith or lack of faith today will affect not just us, but also future generations to come. God wants us to keep on striking the ground—keep on believing—and don’t settle for less when God has provided so much more.

A Prophetic word unto you, YOU ARE HEARING FROM ME, you are just not using MY NAME... For you have given what I HAVE DONE TO ANOTHER... Listen to My WORDS, LITTLE ONE. For My FATHER’S WORD CUTS DEEP... My FATHER’S CHILDREN are LISTENING TO MAN, who have lead them to WORSHIP A “GOD" INSTEAD OF YOUR CREATOR whose TITLE IS ABBA, and not GOD, through a son, who is NOT ME, for I AM NOT JESUS or AM I YESHUA, in whom they had REPLACED MY SAVING NAME WITH throughout My FATHER’S Holy Scribes/Scriptures when I LEFT YOUR WORLD AGE. Just as they had done unto YOU. When the “ADDED" the Title of GOD, and then DECEIVED you into WORSHIPING a GOD, through the Title of GOD, in whom you have NO IDEA WHO HE IS. saith YAHOSHUA. For there is ONLY ONE “GOD" in this “WORLD", and his NAME is SATAN. For it is SATAN who have BLINDED THE MINDS of My FATHER’S CHILDREN. Paul was trying to warn you about this. When he said that My FATHER DID NOT DWELL IN YOUR TEMPLES/CHURCHES, saith YAHOSHUA... Awaken to these truths for this is YOUR SALVATION we are SPEAKING ABOUT, not MINE, saith YAHOSHUA, fulfilling the FATHER Scriptures..
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: IN WHOM THE “GOD" OF THIS “WORLD" HATH BLINDED THE MINDS OF THEM WHICH BELIEVE NOT, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of the FATHER, should shine unto them. Acts 17:22-24 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. WHOM THEREFORE YE “IGNORANTLY WORSHIP HIM", DECLARE I UNTO YOU. The FATHER that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands.

Well I just have a conversation with my Heavenly Father and give everything over to him. Years ago, before I found my faith I had the words 'Let go and Let God' tattooed on my hand. Christians must start thinking Spiritually, which refers to the fact that everything is furnished to us through the Cross, and is obtained by Faith and not works. Many Christians say you put too much emphasis on the Cross. I remind you that the Apostle Paul said, "We preach Christ Crucified (1 Cor. 1:23). He also said, "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him Crucified (1 Cor. 2:2). Notice two subjects: Christ and the Cross. Why would the Apostle Paul say such a thing? Because that is the only way we receive victory over sin, the world, the flesh, and the devil!

And he said to them all, If any man will come after Me (the criteria for Discipleship), let him deny himself (not asceticism as many think, but rather that one denies one's own willpower, self-will, strength, and ability, depending totally on Christ), and take up his cross (the benefits of the Cross, looking exclusively to what Jesus did there to meet our every need) daily (this is so important, our looking to the Cross; that we must renew our Faith in what Christ has done for us, even on a daily basis, for Satan will ever try to move us away from the Cross as the Object of our Faith, which always spells disaster), and follow Me (Christ can be followed only by the Believer looking to the Cross, understanding what it accomplished, and by that means alone [Rom. 6:3-5, 11, 14; 8:1-2, 11; 1 Cor. 1:17-18, 21, 23; 2:2; Gal. 6:14; Eph. 2:13-18; Col. 3:14-15]). For whosoever will save his life shall lose it (try to live one's life outside of Christ and the Cross): but whosoever will lose his life for My sake, the same shall save it (when we place our Faith entirely in Christ and the Cross, looking exclusively to Him, we have just found "more Abundant Life" [John 10:10]) Luke 9:24

As far as trying to do something as it concerns taking up the Cross daily, we are to do nothing. In fact, it was already done at Calvary some two thousand years ago. On a daily basis, we should reinforce our Faith in Christ and what He has done for us at the Cross (Rom. 6:3-5; 8:2, Gal. 2:20-21, Col. 2:10-15). This is the "Truth" which we must learn, act upon, and continue to act upon, which guarantees the help of the Holy Spirit.

We are not wrestling against flesh and blood. Satan has been defeated through the Cross. Principalities and powers have been spoiled (Col. 2:15). We are enforcing this victory through applying the Cross of Calvary to the pulling down strongholds by placing and maintain our Faith exclusively in Christ and the Finished Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won, i.e., "The Blood of Jesus." Our source of Power is the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace (Exodus 14:14). "In Justification, the Lord fights 'for' us, and in Sanctification, He fights 'in' us."

Two kinds of peace
1. Justifying Peace - This is Peace with God, a legal standing. Rom. 8:7; Eph. 2:14-15
2. Sanctifying Peace - This is the Peace of God in the heart. Rom. 8:6; 14:19; 15:13; Gal. 1:3

The first is the result of a legal standing. The second is the result of the Work of the Holy Spirit. The first is static, never fluctuates, the second changes almost from hour to hour. The first, every Christian has, the second, every Christian may have.

Sanctifying peace allows the Holy Spirit to deliver the Believer into the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ so that the Life of Christ is manifested through the Believer by the power of the Holy Spirit (2 Cor. 4:11, Gal. 2:20-21, Romans 8:2; 13, John 14:21). We must remember, it is His Life (Christ) that brings the victory, and not ours.

We have been given the keys of the Kingdom (Matthew 16:19). This gives us the authority to "bind" and "loose." "Binding" ties Satan's hands and stops his power to "steal, kill, and destroy," likewise, the "loosing" releases all that Jesus did at Calvary and the Resurrection. "Binding" has to do with the spirit world of darkness while "loosing" has to do with the Spirit world of Light. To "bind" means to restrict, stop, hinder, fetter, check, hold back, arrest, or put a stop to. To "loose" means to untie, unbind, unlock, liberate, release, forgive, or free.

(Access granted - Mark 15:38, Hebrews 9:3) - The only way to God is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6)...the only way to Jesus Christ is by the Means of the Cross (Luke 14:27). The only way to the Cross is a denial of self (Luke 9:23). If any person tries to come any other way, Jesus says, "they are a thief and a robber" (John 10:1).

1. Jesus Christ is the source of all blessings.
2. The Cross is the means by which all blessings are given.
3. The object of our faith must be Christ and the Cross.
4. That being done, the Holy Spirit will greatly help us.

The question is, "How much value do we place on the Offering of Christ?" Do we feel that the Cross is the answer to every question, the solution to every problem, the strength for every weakness, the life for every death, the salvation for every sin, and the health for every sickness? How you as a Believer look at the Cross, is how you value the Cross. This is very, very serious, so we should think about it very carefully.

For one to receive the proper benefits of the Cross, in other words that for which Jesus died, one must understand its proper value, and at the same time, properly understand its value.

At the Judgement Seat Of Christ,

Paul wrote that the “fire” of Christ will reveal those areas of our life that were of Him and those areas which were of ourselves. Everything not of Him will be burned, and everything of Him will result in an eternal blessing for us individually.
