Forgot to add in Jeremiah 30:11, that the "Blindness" of Israel could be included as well! Sorry about that! :)
I understand that Israel is blinded. But tyhat is not why the suffering servant of Is 53 and Psalms 22 was never given the name messiah and had characteristics which were totally apposed to the characteristics given to the messiah, so that there was no way possible for anyone pre-resurrection to understand these two persons were the same person.

To keep "security breeches", at a minimum! In God showing who REALLY has the "upper" hand, concerning "events!"

Cuz, yeah man! People are kinda to fairly dumb, to just how powerful, satan is!

Amen, But also. Compaired to God, How weak satan is. That god can use satans actions of killing christ thinking he stopped the messiah, to destroy his own argument (God is not a god of love)

If man did it, It would still show Gods love, But it would not Show Satans hate.. He needed satan to do it, and satan fell hook line and sinker.

I can imagine satan making his victory march as Jesus hung on the cross. And all his armies screaming in jubilation. They had won, Only to hear Jesus start to Quote Psalms 52. What a horrifying realisation must have come to him, when he realised. God used his own hate against him. Instead of winning, Satan destroyed any argument he had, or any future argument in all eternity, which says God is not a God of true unconditional love.

Eph 3:4-5 tells us that the mystery which was revealed to Paul was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit. I believe Paul.

We may have glimpses here and there in OT concerning exactly what this "mystery" entailed, but the fullness of the mystery was not revealed until it was written by Paul.

There's also a verse in 1 Cor 2 which indicates that if satan had known the mystery, he would never have crucified the Lord of glory (although we also know from John 10:18 that Jesus laid His life down ... no one took it from Him).

1 Corinthians 2:

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, eventhe hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Aye! Agree with ya there EG! The problem, er should I say problems come in, when the "believer" confuses satan, but especially the spirit of anti-christ, with God's wrath, and JEALOUSY!

It is manifest in many ways, the wrath of God, that is. Yet, is generally realized (to a greater, or lesser extent), (and, I could write a book, on how the "world" has twisted this with their sociology, and psychology, in the spirit of anti-christ's strivings in the worlds justifying, and presenting cures in ITS BOASTINGS!) when one who has been confessed before God the Father by Jesus starts coming into the Father's prescence! When one has picked up one's cross! Here? One starts learning, or, sometimes? Being learned (a case by case thing), DEEPER or HIGHER "Spiritual truths", concerning (how can I say?.....) Well? Here!
Revelation 20
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God AND of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

I dunno about you, EG, or others reading this. But, this particular part of Jesus' prayer to the Father, gives this poster "cause to wonder", concerning that which belongs to the Father. Of whom the Father has given unto the Son, and, having picked up their cross (it's really REALLY hard to explain, without invoking John Calvin's T.U.L.I.P. concepts of Foreknowing, and predestinating. How some, "belong to the Father", BEFORE they were ever born from woman! Yet? By The Father's will, were "born of water" in such a circumstance that ensured they would "come to Christ!" Some sooner? Some later. But, ALL WOULD! It's kinda like Jacob struggling grabbing easu's heel, as they were coming out of the womb! Fighting the good fight AS MAMA STILL HAD HER FEET IN THE STIRRUPS! Meaning? "Born from above", before they were ever IN these flesh bodies! A long "parenthetical", but, is hard to explain.)
John 17
24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

Now! Is one who is conformed in the IMAGE of Christ, STILL IN Christ? Or, through Christ's "spirit of adoption", and IN the Father, as a "Son of light?" Or, a Priest of Christ? Or, a Priest after the order of Melchizadek?
The answer is a very resounding YES!! ALL the above! As this IS "the grafting process!"
Confusing? Yeah! I know! Because written, or even spoken words, cannot do justice, in describing the "grafting", let alone, the being "born from above!"
So why bother? Because the "fullness of the gentiles", is closer then we all think!
Something else to ponder! Those who refuse to learn from "history?" Are CONDEMNING themselves in the REPEATING of it!

EG is a bit confused but hopefully they can read their bible and understand the mystery because God has revealed it to whoever believes. When Jesus came he opened scripture to them and then they understood, all the scriptures pertaining to him it was there all along. This was even before the NT was written down.

The difference between messiah coming to rule and messiah coming to save is that some people just couldnt believe he would do both.

If you need help understanding this I can walk you through it but thats another thread. But it seems silly to do this if you ALREADY KNOW.
