I never said they don't work together, and I'm not trying to separate them. I'm merely following Scripture, wherein I find it clearly taught that they are separate.
Sort of like the work of faith are they separable? Or is one without the other dead?

You consider everything that God communicates to be Scripture... a biblically indefensible notion. I don't, so I have no problem with God communicating outside of (but not in contradiction to) Scripture today.
God does not communicate outside of all thing written in the law and the prophets call sola scriptures. Again and again when experiencing what some call out of the body experiences, Christ said again and a again as it is written in the law and prophets. (sola scriptura)

As it is written is the reforming authority of any reformation. The word it represents the faith of Christ the faith of God. The key that the gates of hell could never prevail against.

Even the reference in Joel that was again inspired in Acts 2. Same words different time period.. Can we remove the Acts 2 reference seeing it is a duplicate or would that be subtracting from the perfect?

Not games words that describe.

Not the same as those who bring prophecy called sent ones? What is the role of one sent ?
What does the Bible call the primary followers of Jesus? Apostles. Does it ever call them prophets? No.

What does the Bible call Isaiah, Amos, and Agabus? Prophets. Does it ever call them apostles? No.

Stop the silliness.

What you fail to understand is that there is a MASSIVE distinction between "outside of Scripture" and either "in contradiction to Scripture" or "additional to Scripture". You conflate the first with the latter two... incorrectly.

Again and again when experiencing what some call out of the body experiences,
Fallacy: Straw man argument. Stick to what is actually claimed here, not what anonymous people somewhere allegedly claim.

Christ said again and a again as it is written in the law and prophets. (sola scriptura)
Fallacy: Irrelevant. Christ was demonstrating from Scripture the truth of His message. Nowhere was He claiming that God only ever communicated through Scripture.

Here's a simple evidentiary proof, from Scripture:

How did Jesus communicate with Paul regarding entering Bithynia in Acts 16:7? Was it through Scripture? If yes, then you must be able to quote the Scripture where the message is written (remember, Paul only had the Old Testament). It's not in my Bible and I guarantee it's not in yours either. Therefore the answer must be no, and God does communicate with His people outside of Scripture!

For that matter, what Scripture told the disciples at Antioch to set apart Paul and Barnabas for the work to which they were called?

What Scripture told James and the other apostles what seemed good in Acts 15?

What Scripture told Elijah how to defeat the prophets of Baal on Mt. Carmel?

What Scripture told Moses to go and challenge Pharoah?

All of those events came about because God spoke to His people OUTSIDE OF SCRIPTURE. Only after the events occurred did they become part of Scripture. And, lest you misinterpret my point once again, I'm not claiming that revelation given today should become part of Scripture.

As im reading through this....

"ushered to the throne room"

"opens up your spirit"

"increaseses revelation from the bible"

This is the charismatic experiental deal which im all too familiar with. I know I go to church with em! :D

Is it possible praying in tongues does all the things listed above? Sure.
But is there ANY Scripture for any of this?
None.......and like I said earlier, God understands my English just fine.....!!!

What if the tongue of angels Paul mentions is HEBREW?

In the book of Revelation they are singing Hallelujah in HEAVEN, which is HEBREW.

Not saying its so. Just an IDEA

Well....he does make a distinction...the tongues of men and of angels....

Hebrew is a language of men so....does the and imply something different than what a man may speak?

My view....God knows the heart, he created all languages and even all of creation speaks, groans, travails and has language in some form or fashion....from Dolphins, a bucket of minnows (high frequency communication has been tested), whales sing, stars sing, deer 220 plus vocalizations, birds, elephants low frequency communication heard for miles, etc.......

God understands it all just fine IMV.

+++Rediscover praying in Tongues if you have lapsed. Even a few minutes a day will help open your spirit, increase revelation in the Word, and strengthen you...
you know, just the other day I was really worried about something and getting upset and scared and I did not even feel like praying...I tend to shut down sometimes

some verses came together in my head about how we should always pray...my heart was just not able to find words but I prayed in the spirit and immediately I felt better and understood my concerns were not founded in fact and there was nothing to be upset about

the devil knows how to push our buttons

the peace of God does fill our hearts beyond understanding :)

Praying prophecy?

So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.1 Cor 14: 9

Praying prophecy is the word of God. All the prayers in scripture were inspired by God working in men it does not increase revelation it is the revelation.

God is no longer bringing any new revelations.
He is always revealing Himself through His word

you do not understand what prophecy is as you have made more than a little clear in every single thread that has to do with any gift of the spirit

just nonsense what you say. utter nonsense. no one mentioned prophecy

you know very well it isn't. you didn't just get here

so funny. ha ha ha
But new age stuff with the positive thinking sounds similary.
Can we force God to give us better understanding of himself in doing prayer exicises in tongues? Makes it prayer in tongues more exclusive then praying in thoughts ore clear words?

To give the view, that praying in tongues is more valueable then ordinary prayer which everybody can understand is what this doctrine makes in a false doctrine.
We know that God is seeing our hearts and not our words. Doesnt matter in which way we express them.
The next thing is that you can

sigh

absolutely no one ever said praying in tongues is more valuable but I sure appreciated it the other day :)

who are we praying to so that everybody must understand? how about people when they say things like so and so needs prayer but they are not specific? not everybody understands then, now do they!

trouble is you mention hearts and far too many people actually do not know what their's contains

for the record, you do not understand what praying in tongues is and therefore you judge it falsely

This is not the point. The OP said: "praying in tongues will help to open the Spirit, increase in revealation the word and will strenghten you."
I see some difference. But no base for it in the Bible.

Not sure what you meant? The bible mentions prophecy a gift of God.?

Yes prophesying revealing himself through prophecy His word.

It would seem that you are confused to what it is. Some think it has to do with the future only like fortune telling .That kind of idea which takes away from the meaning of God's word, prophecy

Tongues are prophecy spoken of in many languages of the world .Before Acts 2 only Hebrew was used. The Jews that refused to hear the word of God prophecy they denied prophecy even in Hebrew mocked God with its oral traditions of men in a attempt to make His prophecy without effect. But he mocks them by no longer brining prophecy in Hebrew alone as a sign against those.

That is the essence of circular reasoning. You are attempting to define prophecy by calling it "God's word, prophecy".

Foretelling the future is the primary meaning because that is the most common use of the term., but when God tells you your future, it isn't "fortune telling". That future may be conditional, but within the parameters given, it is certain.
