Um. Interesting two views. i dont know its a bit of a puzzle. Who were the parents of Goliath?
They where the sons of Anak.. which is where we get the name Anakim..

So He was a decendant of an angel and a human woman.. The account in Gensis made a prophecy that after the flood some angels would again do this again.. When they did it the first time it was done on a large scale and braught about the flood. when it happen the second time it was on a smaller scale and it braught about the intervention of God again by Him sending the Hebrews into the land of caanan to wipe out these giants again..

Genesis 6: KJV
1 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, {2} That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. {3} And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. {4} There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."

There are many Christians who refuse to believe that the *sons of God* (AS CONTRASTED WITH) *the daughters of men* were evil angels which crossed the boundary between men and angels, and had sexual relations with women.

But that is exactly what the Bible reveals. These angels are called *the angels which kept not their first estate* (Jude) and *the angels that sinned* (Peter), therefore they are imprisoned in Tartarus, and held down with *chains* in darkness, until their final judgment (which is to be cast into the Lake of Fire with the Devil).

The question must be honestly asked as to why a certain group of angels is in prison, whereas evil angels, demons, and Satan are free to roam the earth and influence human beings.

It should not therefore be surprising that their offspring were giants and men of renown, who also corrupted the human race and ultimately brought about the Flood. The Hebrew word translated as *giants* in the KJV (and γίγαντες (gigantes) in the Septuagint) is nephilim, which literally means *fellers*, and therefore tyrants and bullies. There are legends in the mythologies of the world which allude to giants and men of renown, or *gods and heroes*, and all those stories have their origin here. The Book of Enoch (which is regarded as pseudepigraphical) provides considerable detail.

It is disingenuous to claim that *sons of God* represents the line of Seth, while *daughters of men* represents the line of Cain. That is purely an imaginary invention by those who cannot stand the idea that angels can and do take human form, and can function as human males. BTW angels are all invariably masculine, not feminine, as depicted in many pictures. And when they have visited men, they have often appeared as just men.

Did God create angels with sexual organs? If so, why only male organs? Why are there no female angels mentioned? Why create one set and not the other? Why create seed when there is no counterpart to receive it and produce offspring?

If God did not create angels with sexual organs, who did? Satan?

Could some angels just manifest them out of the blue all by their lonesome? Where in the Bible does it say angels create/created anything?

I don't know, but we do know Goliath was a Gittite from Gath — 1 Samuel 17:4.

Goliath had a brother named Lahmi who was killed by Elhanan the son of Jair — 1 Chronicles 20:5.

There were other giants [Heb. rapha' ] from Gath who were slain — 1 Chronicles 20:6-8.

Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. Then the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years." The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
Genesis 6:1‭-‬4 NASB

This has always been a bit confusing to me. Who is the sons of God, and what relationship is the nephilim or Giants to the men of renoun?
God created man in His image.
God is love (1 John 4:8 & 16), and so man was created in the image of love.
The sons of love married the daughters of men who were not of Gods image, but were strictly carnally minded.
The offspring mighty men of renown was the result of possessing both the love image as well as the carnal image.
Giants/Nephilim is simply a metaphor for their stature, possessing superiority among their peers.

The bible gives us measurements of some of the giants. You think these are just metaphors?

Adam was made in the image of God, but he lost that image when he fell. Seth was made after Adam’s fallen image and not God’s image. Christ came to restore man’s image.

And so we have been born in the image of the earthy, we shall bear the image of the heavenly.

The book of Enoch which I believe to be Gods Word tells us the giants were 3,000 ells in stature.
An original ell is believed to be somewhere between 18 and 27 inches.
3 ells would then be somewhere between 4 feet 6 inches and 6 feet 9 inches; about the average height of an individual.
Someone being 3,000 ells, would then be about 1,000 times the average height of an individual.
As this is physically absurd, I then understand the height of 3,000 ells to be a metaphor in relation to ones stature in society in comparison to an average individuals stature in society.
Today we recognize many CEO's as giants of industry, whose salaries and stature in society is often 1,000 times that of an average individual.

Adam was made in the image of God, but he lost that image when he fell. Seth was made after Adam’s fallen image and not God’s image. Christ came to restore man’s image.

While Adam chose to believe the devil rather than God, Adam along with Eve would still have had love. They did not loose their love.
Your claim that man after Adam had no image of love until Christ contradicts numerous scriptures in the Old Testament.

What’s this image of love you speak of? I’m talking about Scripture and God’s image.

Seth was born in the image of Adam. After the fall, man can only be born in the image of God through the new birth after the resurrection of Christ. That image will not be totally restored until the day of redemption, that’s future.

If you do not take the Bible literally, you can make it say anything you want. I’m not willing to do that.

God is love (1 John 4:8 & 16).
To be created in the image of God is to be created in the image of love.

God is love (1 John 4:8 & 16).
To be created in the image of God is to be created in the image of love.
All people have the capacity to love. Love is not the only attribute of God.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

God is Spirit. Try that "image" in order to understand what it is to be "created in the image of God".

Yes, all people today have the capacity to love, and therefore are in the image of love.
Prior to Adam and Eve, however, man did not have the image of love.

Yes, they who worship love, must worship love in their spirit and in truth, and not just empty words as many do.

Prior to Adam and Eve?
Who do you think Cain was afraid would kill him after he slew his brother Abel?
Who do you think Cains wife was, his sister?
Who do you think all the people were in the town Cain settled in, his brothers and sisters?

Scripture does not explicitly state what constitutes the "image of God" in which mankind was made.

Therefore, any assertions about it are based on silence and cannot be proven.

Prior to Adam and Eve?
What do you think the Lord's Word in Genesis 3:20 describing Eve being the mother of all living means?
Is this some commonly understood information about being the mother of all people breathing, or is its meaning in regards to being the mother of all spiritually alive in the image of love?

Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

On the contrary, scriptures do tell us what Gods image is by informing us that He is a spirit, and that He is love.

Brother you bring up some good points, but it's not important that God's Word says what you want it to say; but it is important what God's Word says! You can Google this pretty simple, the word used in Genesis ch 6 for son's of God is only used 5 or 6 other times in the Old Testament; Everytime it is speaking of angelic creatures. If this is not good enough for you and some other people, then so be it! It's clear they are fallen Angels, now if you accept that you continue your studies from there.

And as Christ is the image of the invisible God (Col 1:15; 2 Cor 4:4), that image is then the love Christ projected and preached.

Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
