I said I don’t sin everyday.

This doesn’t mean I have never sinned, or that I won’t sin in the future.

He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:4

JPT
Then you failed to keep his commands,

I feel sorry with you if you think you will stand in front of god and boast of how you obeyed him so much and you think you deserve eternal life, jesus will cast you out as a person who he never knew

If you guys would spend as much time and energy in studying the scriptures as you do, trying to explain them away, and attacking those who believe and love the truth, you may learn something.

JPT
Same could be said to you, if you would study instead of trying to judge everyone and puffing yourself up, you may see Gods true grace

I guess you don’t know or understand that born again Christians who have received the Holy Spirit are called to walk according to the Spirit.

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:16-21

JPT
Now your a slanderous liar,

Your a hypocrit dude plain and simple, you judge people falsely and conti ue to puff yourself up. You love to puff yourself up as one who obeyes god while hardly ever sinn8ng, while bering false witness against another.

You just exposed yourself. Because the person you judged teaches that we live by the spirit and seeking after him, and the law of love

Well that is right, in context Paul is telling us that as believers we should not look/appear like those that are unsaved and we should walk by the Spirit so we do not look like the unsaved.

See the law inflames sin, grace (walking in the Spirit) brings the fruits of the Spirit

Do you understand what the biblical term “will not inherit the kingdom of God” means?

  • Those who do not inherit the kingdom of God will perish in the fires of hell.

Do you understand this?

  • that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God

Please read what the scripture says.

Does anyone understand that born again Christians who have the Holy Spirit, are supposed to live their life according to the Holy Spirit?

Christian’s who have a born again new nature empowered by the Spirit are not to live their lives according to the sinful desires of the flesh.

If they do, they will not inherit the kingdom of God.

You're very judgemental.

Mathew 7:2
2“For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you."

1 John 3:10-11
10By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.
11For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another;

The term "justified" must be understood within the context of the letter. James is certainly not speaking about the justification (eternal salvation) that comes from God.

He makes it very clear he is writing on the profitable Christian life, that is how do we live after we are born again.

Also the word saved does not always refer to saved, as in saved from hell, one has to read this word in context too.

James is writing to believers.
That certainly is an interesting way of looking at it!

This has been brought up over and over, but it seems that these verses bring so much harmony to the scriptures and this unending debate.

"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And He said to him, " ' you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart , and with all your soul , and with all your mind .' The second is like it, ' you shall love your neighbor as yourself .' On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."
Matthew 22:36‭-‬37‭

Walk trough the valley
You need to answer my question just as I have answered yours.

Once you have done this, then you can ask me a question and I’ll answer yours.

Which of His Commandments do you disobey

No other god’s.
Worshiping graven images
Taking His name in vain.
Dishonoring your mother and father.
Murder.
Adultery.
Stealing.
Lying.
Covetousness.

I will answer one of your questions: the meaning let your eye be single and your whole body will be full of light and not to have a right hand. But for the right hand its to late to have a righteousness of my own, I'm afraid I don't have any lol, We can consider that done. I have struggled much with pride of achievement and have given up accomplishments. Now to let my eye be single, a week ago after waking up, ended beginning to fantasise about the wife I'm engaged with and heard: In My House. I stopped and turned to the Lord and stumbled again a couple days later, so still working out the cutting out, to put away a divided spirit. Now you know that I'm not perfect and needed a wife, if you read the rest of what I wrote I did not claim to be, "Neither do I consider to have attained but this one thing, forgetting what's behind I press on. I should also mention that until we are perfect we take His name in vain. "Its no longer I that lives but Christ' I am is the simplest of God's name given to all of us and He told us to go in His name. We have been given His name to have identity in Him. You know the good thing about admitting the truth, as we live for the praise of God, it paralyses the enemy and we live in the peace of God. Pride of achievement was the biggest struggle I had, it's been broken. Let your "eye be single," being free from coveting and idolatry, appeared to be the biggest struggle and in putting away our divided spirit, part of our identity is cut off, but it was not real to begin with, a false comfort that turned us away from the Lord that needed to be cut of to have a crown of Life. I did give a wedding dowry to my wife who is a poor woman with 2 children, and she chose to put a down payment on a house in the Philippines, and now we are saving money for her to come to Canada and then retire in the Philippines after I am 65 February 28 next year. noting else comes to mind and I need to get ready for work.

Yeah I get that.....and one who states they don't sin while hypocritically judging those around them and devaluing Christ, his work, his promises and salvation is not of God....it is not unbiblical to judge one's doctrine and or way of life by the word of God contrary to modern opinion tainted by churchology........

As long as people teach a salvation that can be lost and or that must be kept, maintained, finished, embellished or topped off with works this debate will rage.......even though the bible is CLEAR on all the issues addressed in this post...........I.E. Eternal salvation, how gained, and what has nothing to do with how it is gained and or kept....

1 Corinthians 13:4-5
4Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, 5does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered,

It is not unbiblical to judge another's doctrine.
But let's do it with love for each brother in Christ.

1 John 4:8
8The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

Oh boy, there we go again misunderstanding 1 John 2:4
1 John 2:3 - By this we know that we have come to know Him, (already know Him/already saved) if we “keep” (Greek word “tereo” - guard, observe, watch over) His commandments. *Descriptive of believers.

4 The one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep (guard, observe, watch over) His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. *Descriptive of unbelievers.
