At times you are too budy living life that you forget the most important person in your life, Jesus.
Even when you try too hard to BE something you are not. For instance, when it starts effecting your job, and friendships then you know something is wrong.
It is clearly important to understand that being yourself is the reason why people like you in the first place.
Then at one simple moment God speaks louder than words. *what are you doing exactly? Turn your focus back on me, let me lead you to where you should go. You are trying too hard it is time to RELAX.*
Wake up calls come in every form ans fashion. It can happen when you least expect it and can be so loud that you can not hear anythimg except for His devine voice.
The next few lines is not relevant to this discussion.
Anyway, My friend pulled me aside and told me that someone has been dogging me. They are hating on me. The main reason is when I work i work to the best of my ability. When people say that they try to take advantage.
This one particular guy clearly hates me because i asked him if he wants a break he snapped and said he go where his supervisor tells him.
The other guy comes to me asking about it i told him that they tell me to give you guys a break but if you do not want it it is no harm no foul.
They see me as the enemy for some reason lol i guess because i do not allow them to run me over.
The funny thing is this guy had to leave early but my supervisor tells him he must tell me before he leaves.
They also seen how i work but then their anger seemed to have changed so MAYBE they get it mow that i am only doikg my job and training them the correct way.
The other supervisor came to me and seen me working she was shocked, no i did not say that she was hungry lol hungry for knowledge maybe but shocked.
She said "youre fast dang!" Lol my main supervisor said i work too hard i said no i just get the product out then she changed the aubject and no problem presist.
My line lead told my supervisor that those guys try to run me over and have tried sense they been there.
That he has no problem with me that he wants me to stay on his line.
Then the head supervisor who promotes people says he wants me to be a trainer. Sure ill accept it 🙃.
Trainers are a step below supervisor at my work. They have good authority they just cant fire.
Other than that the authority is supervisor driven BUT yiu cant fire.
