I haft to run remember God loves you and so do I.

These kind of weeks are draining but hey I can do all things through Christ which stregnthens me.

My buddy was out of sorts monday so yesterday i went back into h r to check on him for his office is there they said he left and that he doing a little better.

I told them to let them know i said to keep it up. Meaning to stay strong ect..

It is funny because i could tell something was wrong that day he looked very tired. But hey i was there and i done what he asked.

I gave him my application for my promotion and i said one step at a time and he said yes.

Stay strong my friend is what i say because when life gets you down always remember to look to God above and all you can do is

Yeah, I had a bit of a rough day too but I am glad to be at home. Feel drained and worn out. Probably head upstairs and go to bed within the hour. Tomorrow is another day. God does indeed love you.
