will gay people get to heaven living a gay life style?
If they have no conviction of their sin - how will they really be saved? And if they are saved- how will they continue in sin, so that grace may abound?

Okay smarty pants. But that list of things there describes every human on earth in some way. Im not afraid to admit Ive done several of those things on that list and probably will again at some point, as will you.

Let me ask you this.

Peter swore his loyalty to Jesus hours before the cock crowed. Swore it.

Through everything, Peter had been faithful. Yet come the time, he denied Jesus three times. Why was that?
In God's court, Peter can never be accused of being guilty of the sin of denying Jesus. Through the gift of faith, he entered into a covenant with God whereby the guilt of that sin was legally put on Jesus Christ and can not be charged to any other. That is a far cry from saying that denying Jesus is a morally acceptable activity.

[h=3]1 Corinthians 6:9[/h] Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,
You left drunkards out.

ANY sexual relations outside of a Biblical marriage between one man and one women will get you a one way ticket to Hell unless it is repented of.

so what will happen to all the gay christians?in thes last days they sing on choirs and minister and all that good thing

I think it's obvious, that if you proclaim to be LBG&T by living the lifestyle, you are not a Christian at all. And whoever told you that you could be involved in the LBG&T lifestyle and be a saved Christian, is a liar..

Homosexuality doesn't exist in heaven; nor does heterosexuality for the matter either. God is called the Father, and his people are called his children; you don't sleep with or fall in love romantically with your brothers and sisters.

With that said, homosexuality is considered a sin; some people complain that they were " born that way," so therefore it isn't fair of God. Everyone was born of some type of fatal sin that will forfeit us from the heavenly kingdom.

It really is a testament of your faith whether your more concerned with what your flesh wants as far as sexuality goes, or whether you have a heart enough for God to give up that lifestyle simply to please him. Your rewards in heaven will probably be incredible because God will see that you put that lifestyle aside for the sake of your soul and his love.

Homosexuality - people make a big deal about it because they believe that it is one of the more worse sins - but the more worse sins tend to do with arrogance and a rebellious heart towards God, which is what the gospels in the New testament stress about for our current times and peoples. Really, at the heart of everyone's sin whether it's homosexuality or just lust as a heterosexual - is rebellion, because your consciously choosing to abide by your sinful nature instead of trying to overcome it which was the point of the earth's creation in the first place.

That is why Revelations details the Holy Spirit talking to the people of our time and saying, " to him who overcomes, I will give this amazing thing and that amazing thing" ( not word for word lol, but it's the part of Revelations concerning the 7 churches.)

" To he who overcomes."

Meaning, overcome your sin. Overcome your rebellious nature, and you will be cleansed and able to enter the kingdom of heaven.

In all honesty I must add, the bible specifies that it's actually better to not marry or even be in a relationship whether you are gay or not. If you happen to fall in love with someone, then your supposed to stick with that person only - married or not because to sleep with another person even after breaking up or lusting after another after breaking up, is considered adultery biblically.

Why the bible says this in the New Testament, is simply preparing us for really entering the kingdom of heaven - and like I said, there are no relationships there - just brotherly, sisterly, and parental love.

The flesh is made from the dust of the earth, so that is the only reason we feel sexual urges is due to biological hormones and chemicals. Homosexuality is yet to be proven a naturally occurring thing, but I don't know enough to speak on that either way.

But whether your homosexual or heterosexual, your flesh is your flesh - and the flesh is the sinful nature.

You either overcome it.

Or

You don't.

I've been really wanting to fall in love and be with a great guy for some time now; I'm a fairly attractive girl so I do get a decent amount of male attention. However, I keep praying to God to keep my mind off men and focused on him, getting to heaven, and trudging along this listless world until he finally comes to smite the mashugana out of the wicked and take us back to the life we really belong too.

Yeah it sucks not to fall in love because that's what my body wants and my worldly mind wants - but is God evil or bad for this preposition? Not at all. If it's Father's established ways that this is the reality, then so be his ways.

I'm sick of getting all huffy over menial matters.

I mean think about it -

A temporary romp for maybe 60 or so years of a temporary life with a partner - or the eternal Kingdom of Heaven which is greater than anything anyone can imagine?

I choose heaven.

Besides, if you get rid of the sex and romance with a significant other, they really function more like a brother or sister anyway - looking out for you, loving you, protecting you, enjoying your company etc.

Sex and sexuality are both overrated.

The world teaches us to abide by these things and live by them.

No thanks. I like God's way because the world's way is Satan's way.

And Satan is doomed for destruction.

God Bless.
Sounds like you are saying you know a lot about Gods way and pro creation being good or evil ?
Maybe you can explain to me why the book of Genesis seems chronologically out of order......1:28 God creates says go forth and multiply........
Then rwo chapters later we have Adam and Eve who don't even know their naked....
How can that be ?
And in between you have the sabbath....so is Adam man 1 or 8th day man.....the way it is written is God looks around decides to make a gardener because he overlooked doing it somehow.....
Makes me suspect all kinds of things..... A catabault.....Eve sleeping with the serpent and fathering Cain.... Does earth dust have murderer DNA in it ?....or did envy dna come from the serpent......what's in that clay anyway.....how could Adam fathered a murderer first shot at it?
I think Genesis is missing some rellevant details yet you talk like you got it figured out......when honestly to me the book seems incomplete and people are imagining how they want the missing detail to be......
If it isnt evil to be naked if you don't know it.....how does it become evil just because you know you are ?
So what your naked !!!
Don't you got to also know what getting naked is for to be shamed by it......?
And also know there is something wrong in engaging in fleash pleasure ?
If there is something wrong with engaging in flesh pleasure with a spouse then how were people supposed to be fruitful and multiply ?
And why would God tell people to get busy with it ?

There is just to much that is illogical about Genesis.....
To many missing detail causing confounding.....

Why couldn't Adam an Eve just played off the nakedness and said to themselves so what we are naked and we were naked before we knew we were obviously.....so what does it matter......obviously God and that pet snake of yours knew we were naked when we didn't know....
You say flesh desires come from the clay to play on words... .the dirt makes us dirty..... but there is no mention of Adam Eve wanting to dirty dance before they knew they were naked.....
If Noah and his family didn't dirty dance you wouldn't be here.....
But you say Noah didn't live righteously because the wady God created for us to be fruitful and multiply as he told us to do isnt Gods way so you dont want to.....
By your logic Adam and Eve would have to have been the first creations and God either didn't want the bodies to procreate as he designed them to .......and or he didn't ever want there to be more....
Or he made an accidental mistake and they weren't supposed to be able to.....
And either way he wanted them to remain uncorruptible.....
I don't buy any of it and I don't. Buy Genesis the way it is written.......!
What I do buy is EVERYTHINH IS EXACTLY AS THE ALL KNOWING GOD CREATED IT TO BE.......
And all things serve his intended will and purpose and he knew the serpent would corrupt them.......!!!
Genesis is full of holes unsupplied information and probably is Gods will that it is.
God tells Eve.....I will greatly multiply your conception and sorrows......!!!
If Eve was the first woman and had never given birth HOW THE HECK WOULD SHE KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT ??????
I think there was more dirty dancing going on in the garden than we get told about.....and other missing detail to boot !!!!😀

Romans--->Being homosexual is a sure sign of a reprobate mind void of judgment and the final straw preceding the judgement and punishment of God............

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, ++These people were turned over to reprobate minds because they did not have Our Father in mind...think... Is it a lie that there is only one unforgiveable sin or not? ALSO, in the passge above, pay attention to the crime and the tense of the actions from our Father.

It some are damned ad some are not for similar transgressions in the minds of students of the Word, then the Word is in error. I do not believe the Word is in error. Carrying this further, our Father is in error, and we all know He is perfect. Praise God, amen.

Being actively participating in a gay lifestyle will not keep them from going to heaven, but it will keep them from being members of the church that Christ set up. 1 Cor 6:9 has reference to Christ's church (Kingdom of God), not eternal heaven.

In this age, no one is getting to heaven who is not a part of the church - but anyway - this thread is over five years old and the original people discussing this are long gone . . . . .

You are right Chester, but sometimes it pays every few years to re-tackle topics like this. That way new(er) believers can receive the wisdom and expertise that more mature believers can give.

My view though is a bit different. Matt. 7:21 say that not everyone who says Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of God. A gay person may not be a true believer, in that case is bound for eternity in Hell

Nope. What is gay lifestyle anyway. If it means having same-sexual relations um no. GOd calls that abomination. If someone repents of this, then they are not 'gay' anymore and wouldnt identify as such. The repentant thief on the cross entered heaven/paradise because he repented and believed Jesus, hes not going to steal in heaven.

Be very careful that you dont automatically label people and condemn them and not give them an opportunity to repent. Another thing is people molested by the same sex, might end up thinking they are 'gay' or born that way. But they were in essence, raped. God sees that as he saw what was going on in sodom and gomorrah. He got Lot out and his wife and daughters, but his daughters ended up sleeping with their own dad. And his wife looked back and got turned into a pillar of salt. Was she looking back on the 'gay lifestyle'?

I just thank God that I am not the one who has to make that call.

It is God's place to judge not mine.

In general about sin.

Somewhere in the Letters of John, if one is living a sinful lifestyle of any kind without repentance they do not know Jesus.

1 Corinthians 5:12-13 It is not my business to judge those who are not part of the group of believers. God will judge them, but you must judge those who are part of your group. The Scriptures say, “Make the evil person leave your group.”

1 John 3:6 Expanded Bible (EXB)
6 So anyone who ·lives [abides; remains] in ·Christ [L him] does not ·go on sinning [or sin; C the Christian ideal, an implicit call to avoid sin]. Anyone who ·goes on sinning [or sins] has ·never really understood Christ and has never known him [L neither seen him nor known him].

1 John 3:6 Amplified Bible (AMP)
6 No one who abides in Him [who remains united in fellowship with Him—deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin. No one who habitually sins has seen Him or known Him.

1 John 3:6 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
6 So whoever lives in Christ does not continue to sin. If they continue to sin, they have never really understood Christ and have never known him.

1 John 3:6 J.B. Phillips New Testament (PHILLIPS)
Conduct will show who is a man’s spiritual father
4-6 Everyone who commits sin breaks God’s law, for that is what sin is, by definition—a breaking of God’s law. You know, moreover, that Christ became man for the purpose of removing sin, and he himself was quite free from sin. The man who lives “in Christ” does not habitually sin. The regular sinner has never seen or known him.

1 John 3:6 The Message (MSG)
4-6 All who indulge in a sinful life are dangerously lawless, for sin is a major disruption of God’s order. Surely you know that Christ showed up in order to get rid of sin. There is no sin in him, and sin is not part of his program. No one who lives deeply in Christ makes a practice of sin. None of those who do practice sin have taken a good look at Christ. They’ve got him all backward.
