Howdy! I've been through Texas once. It was a VERY WINDY NIGHT. We were traveling and had to stop at a hotel (don't remember where, somewhere in the pan handle, we were close to Oklahoma cuz it didn't take long to get there the next morning). It was SO WINDY! I opened my car door and thought it was going to rip off! It was in February. Is weather usually like that at that time of year?
