We see initial sanctification in which we are set apart/made holy in standing before God positionally in Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:11 - Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 1:2 - To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus..

Yet we also see progressive or ongoing sanctification in which the reality of that holiness becomes more and more evident in our actions, words, thoughts, attitudes, and motives. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4, - For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor.

So becoming washed, sanctified and justified in Christ is a one time event, yet abstaining from sexual immorality is not a one time event. Here is how I understand it. The believer possess a positional, judicial standing of righteousness in Christ and, second, an ongoing process of growth in practical, progressive holiness which becomes increasingly evident in our actions, words, thoughts, attitudes, and motives.

How does the Holy Spirit keep us washed, sanctified and justified daily? Also, how do Believers receive GRACE?

Remain in Me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the Vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me. John 15:4 NIV

Remain [Abide] in Me, and I will ·remain [abide] in you. A branch cannot produce fruit ·alone [by itself] but must ·remain [abide] in the Vine. In the same way, you cannot produce fruit alone but must ·remain [abide] in Me. John 15:4 Expanded Bible (EXB)

Amen.
Producing fruit is the result of being saved.

Not a way to become saved.

Your mixing justification (salvation) wiht sanctification (christian growth)

Thats a false gospel.

If you do not remain in Me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned (John 15:6).

Justification is by faith, Whoever believes is sealed by the spirit UNTIL the day of redemption. Jesus said in john 6, they will never hunger or thirst, Never die, Live forever, and have eternal life. He even went as far as to promise them they WILL be ressurected (as apposed to being delivered)

Your trying to MIX christian growth with justification. Every passage you give concerns christian growth, Not salvation.

If you do not lean the different between the two, I fear for your very soul

Faith in Who? Faith in What?
Well lets. See

Do we trust yourself (your ability to maintian your salvation and save yourself)

Or do we trust God (His ability to perfect you forever while he spends the rest of your life sanctifying your life to make you more like him)

Your teaching that number 1 is true

Well news flash. ITS NOT.

Please continue to read John 6:53-66...please!!!!!!!
Lol, Thank, You just PROVED MY POINT

Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is [k]food indeed, and My blood is [l]drink indeed. 56 He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. 58 This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

What is all of this about Eating the food which ENDURES forever, Not the food which DIES.

You continually eat food which dies, because if you do not continue to eat it, You yourself will die

The food which endures forever, YOU EAT ONCE< and IT WILL NEVER DIE< thus YOU WILL NEVER DIE.

Your trying to feed the people of CC manna, Not spiritual food which endures forever

54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life
Question for all? What does Jesus mean when He said, "Whoever eats My flesh AND drinks My blood has eternal life? Also, how does a Believer do what Jesus is asking them to do? Why did many of His Disciple say this is too hard and walked no more with Jesus (6:53-66)?

Why are you asking people. Jesus answered Are you afraid of what that answer might be that your looking for an out?

61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples [n]complained about this, He said to them, “Does this [o]offend you? 62 What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him. 65 And He said, “Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.”

And you know whats even more amazing. Peter even knew what jesus spoke of..

66 From that time many of His disciples went [p]back and walked with Him no more. 67 Then Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?”

68 But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69 Also we have come to believe and know that You are the [q]Christ, the Son of the living God

If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

AND NASV

"If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned.

and ISV

Unless a person abides in me, he is thrown away like a pruned branch and dries up. People gather such branches, throw them into a fire, and they are burned up

and the CSB

If anyone does not remain in me, he is thrown aside like a branch and he withers. They gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned

And I SHOWED YOU

IT IS THE SPIRIT WHO GIVES LIFE, the WORDS I SPEAK are SPIRIT AND THEY ARE LIFE

It is called FAITH IN THE WORDS the SPIRIT GAVE, or FAITH IN CHRIST

The ones who did not eat this food did what? UNBELIEF

He who believes is NOT CONDEMNED

He who DOES NOT BELIEVE is CONDEMNED ALREADY

Its not working, It is not becoming sanctified. It is not trying to maintain your salvation (as your trying to push)

It is eating the food which endures forever (the gospel)

If you have to maintain your salvation, It means the food can die.. Which means that food is NOT FROM GOD.

Will he respond to these. Or just ignore them like this conversation never happened (as most do?)
