I didn't do any planks or core workouts today, because I was working-hard physical labor. The planks have paid off, because my lower back has no pain. My stomach's a little sore, though.

I'm still doing planks, but now I've synchronized them with my core exercises, so I have every fourth day for rest. 14 various planks today.

I walked 2.49 miles in 41 minutes-which is 3.64mph. I did 8 planks that were extremely difficult today.

hub and I are still on 2x4's, but we're hoping to graduate to planks in the near future -

seriously, we're both in our early 70's and probably do more exercise than many'
of our peers in their 60's or 50's, not bragging, just delaying the sagggggiiiinnnngggg...:):)
we just have to keep moving, no matter how small the movement'...
me personally, I've been bed-bound-crutches-cane, but still moving-on and keeping-on...
:):)

That's great to hear, and good for you two! Since I almost lost my life, I realized that I needed to be healthier, so I walk and exercise regularly, and the difference is almost as if I was half my age-at least in how I feel.

so happy that you are on the right 'path' - God does have a way of showing/proving to us
what His Will is for us - kinda makes one feel special after all of the 'slog' we have to/did wade through...

hub and I are daily humbled when we wake-up and open our eyes, and are able to behold His Majesty!!!

I start my new job tomorrow, so I took it easy today. I did one 105 second plank.
