ok Writer "my dude" ;) lets get back to the subject at hand. You're gonna be a dad! You're taking on a very important fole and you are tackling autism. That is a very big thing. Don't ever give up and don't lose hope! There are SO MANY RESOURCES NOW for that!

my sis :) I check out maybe soon hehe i also worked with disabled children for a couple summers.

They love people the way God intended to love people and hardly ever show hate. They are indeed gifts from God.

Just like animals who express true love, agape love. :) im a nerd i know its just how i view things

I got a call for a phone interview, no one answered when I returned the call. So, I called again, same thing. This time I left a Voice Mail. :D Time is about here grasshoppers, time is about... here.
 
lol it is pretty sad when you try to log into your company site and it makes u reset password 3 times and still dont work. SMH ran by morons lol
 
The thing is about Tyson is this, my anxiety goes high when I go in there. I stay stressed because of all that goes on there. PEople say they dont want nothing to happen to me. Like I care? The thing is, the company knows about the drug use and all. The deaths ect, why in the world is nothing done? I do not get it, I hope I can go back to my old job. I wold be much happier. The reasons are this, There is no drugs there, absolutly no needles in the bathroom ect. The bathrooms are clean and dont smell of smoke and weed.

Thats what I get for working for a ghetto tyson.

Also, there has been some recalls. I am sure a lot more will happen also when they find out these birds that they been getting carry ringworms.

Tsk Tsk, such a shame. I wont say nothing to no one, but I will ask my friend to turn in my badge once I am approved to go back to my old job without any issues.

We shall see though, we shall see.

I had a similar problem last Friday afternoon when punching out for work. For some reason I got a message saying that my log-in number was no longer valid. I was forced to work all weekend without punching in or out. I was finally able to resolve the issue this morning on my day off. I told my employer my punch-in, punch-out times for the 3 days. I could've told them any hours that I wanted as they don't question at all the accuracy of the hours. Some kind of computer glitch and I wasn't the only one affected.

Through my 45+ years of working for the man I have found that once you leave you can never really go back. Just like leaving home. Sure you can go back but it is not the same as the situation and people have evolved through shared experiences that you had no part in. In other words, you no longer fit in.

There was a reason why you left your old job for your present position so I would have no expectations that things would be better. In all probability, things have gotten worse and your stay there would probably be of short duration.

My counsel is to focus on getting another position in a different company in the hopes of an overall better situation with room for growth, satisfaction and financial stability. It's time to move forward, not backward.

I understand, however I was terminated for resporting a threat made against me because this black dude thaught he could run me while he done nothing. So he threatened me, I reported it i got fired lol so i didnt quit. and theres a chance i can go back
 
:) Also, what comes around goes around. He was in trouble for drinking and he would not stop he lost his job cuz they arrested hi. Not joking or picking fun or even laughing about it. I tried to tell him a job is more worth than losing freedom. He would not listen, he got me fired, so he got terminated for no call no show.
 
blah got to get ready for work but dont want to. Tyson is not safe to be at :( be back tomorrow
 
They are cutting days rotating Wednesday's blah go figure. Then they beg us not to get hurt because they can't afford it. Hmm I guess they over looking the drugs once again because that is the main issue at hand.
