The Hebrew word ruach means “wind,” “breath,” or “spirit.” The corresponding Greek word is pneuma. Both words are commonly used in passages referring to the Holy Spirit. It does not mean air flow. Torah is not law, either. It is instruction.

You are a conqueror of nothing if you continue sinning.
Everyone born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world: our faith. Who then overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ—not by water alone, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who testifies to this, because the Spirit is the truth.

False teaching in the above! Jesus and others educated in the Law knew many Pharisees taught unauthorized additions and misinterpretations to the Law which were too burdensome. They mixed opinions with Torah, offending Jesus on many points of the Law and common sense. Keep in mind Pharisees were a relatively recently addition to the authorized scheme of authority over Israel, and their ilk didn't remain long after the Temple was destroyed in 70AD. Paul was among the last, but didn't perish with the wicked of them.

God let that destruction happen as a signal of the better covenant to come as prophesied. It ended the Levitical priesthood and all the powers attending. So now, in these last days, people read about all that and seek to revive it. Too late. The better in Christ reigns.
No, the sin of the Pharisees was too much emphasis on lesser matters of the Torah, like tzitzit and tefillin, while neglecting the weightier matters of the Torah, such as giving to the poor and doing good works. This is why the Messiah said, "do what they say", because they taught the Torah, "but not what they do", because they didn't practice the Torah fully. And they were essentially also lovers of money, aside from teaching many other false teachings, all based on lack of understanding and disbelief.

Our mind is also worn out from all the negativity

Given the worn out mind, the more we hold on the wearier we become

We can try to relax our grip, and find freedom in letting go

Who says this?

It seems that you have embraced the classic Judaizer's mistake: equating freedom from the Law with lawlessness and rampant sin.

Your view fits right in with that of the foolish Galatians, who thought that having begun by the Spirit they were to come to completion by the flesh.
You people, because you oppose the teaching that we must stop sinning.

If you still sin you have overcome nothing. To overcome the world means to overcome sin, meaning to stop sinning, for that is why the Messiah came, to put an end to sin, through his blood, which the blood of animals was never able to do.

And now we have it: the generalized accusation of wrongdoing, based on something we have not stated.

You're right on track. Your pattern is not new; I've seen it before... several times.

Before you respond to me again, go and read through Galatians 2 through 5.

Alright, then if I am wrong in what I accuse you of implying, then affirm that this statement is true:

We must stop sinning from now and onwards.

Do you accept this to be true, yes or no?

No; wrong again. Jesus died to take away sin, which the blood of bulls and goats could never do. Not the commission of sin, but the guilt of it.

As you haven't had time to read them through, I'm not going to respond to your bait.

The Messiah came to end sin by causing man to stop sinning, hence "he who is born of God cannot sin".

Because you very well know that you do not agree with the statement, which is why I accuse you of implying, "we do not need to stop sinning", otherwise you would agree with that statement.

I see you are comfortable with inventing lies to support your twisted position.

I call you to repent of your false gospel and to trust completely in the finished work of Jesus Christ on your behalf.

You are calling me to desist from teaching that we "must stop sinning" to then begin teaching that "we can continue sinning"? Your ignorance is baffling.

We cannot do what we must

Either accept that Jesus paid the penalty for our sins

or go take a hike!
