Plz pray for my sleep tonight! Now its affecting my appetite. I need strength these can bring!

I’ve struggled with sleep and appetite too these last 6 months or so so I know what your going through ... On nights that I’m really struggling I meter my breathing and get as much rest as I can and I pray ... even if you can’t sleep work on resting your body.. it really helps!

Things that aid sleep for me are strenuous exercise, listening to a continuous series of sermons and above all asking the Lord of a good nite's sleep. Oh and a 1/2 glass wine mixed w/water or juice. God bless sweetie!

I have found melatonin drops to be helpful on the occasional multiple sleepless nights. After a night or 2 using it and getting good rest my body got back into regular sleep patterns....

I have tried melatonin, prescription meds,wine,nyqil, no reading,internet,t.v., music for sleep scripture for sleep,noise for sleep( I know,right),prayer,imagry,meditating on God,crying myself to sleep,stretching/relaxing even exhaustion! I can NOT shut my brain off! Switch must be jammed or broken!😂🙏
