Thank you, Renee Fonts are tricky because so few of them are available in bold, and too many of them are excessively fancy and therefore hard to read, or else they are overly plain, and I do not want to use anything like Times New Roman on my panels I do try to make them as legible as possible without making the text too dark, and also add a highlight effect around the text to further separate it from the background to hopefully enhance/improve ease of reading...
Magenta, so much goes into what you do that I think some take for granted. I use to, not anymore. It really is much more intricate which makes it a form of worship unto the Lord.

Thank you, Renee, I do put many hours into the designing of any one panel, and that is only counting the time required to arrange/position/size/color enhance any and all of the elements and text used in any given panel. The searching for and collecting of the elements themselves takes many hours also, though over time that has lessened as they accumulate from past searches Some get used repeatedly and others I have never used Sometimes I will work with a single element for a while and then decide not to use it at all in the panel under construction, and others that are worked in to the design may be covered by something that gets positioned over top of it My single folder for miscellaneous items/elements holds 1,668 files; my Christos folder holds 680 files; Frames and Borders 512 files, Backgrounds has 460 files and my Equus folder has 352 individual items in it So it also takes time to go through my multiple folders to select from the elements I already have. I do not know ahead of time how I want it to look, as the designing process is spontaneous. Usually all I know at the outset is the Scripture verse and purpose of the panel. Sometimes I will open an image to use and then never get back to it as I become thoroughly engaged working with other elements, which is a form of meditation for me, yes. That scratches the surface of the process, but even so is possibly saying more than anyone wished to know It is also true that after I initially think any panel is completed, I often find something I wish to alter in some way May God bless your day as well!
Hello Gregory, and thank you It is a digital medium, so I am working in pixels, using Photoshop, though I started in Pixlr I call what I do "collaging" I search out individual images like butterflies, flowers, backgrounds, etc, that are on the web, many of which are offered for free for non-commercial use in personal projects. I explain some of the process in post number 124 above... I am glad you like them I enjoy the process of designing thee panels to display Scripture, and prayers for fellow members
