v31 The Son of Man will come with the angels. He will sit on his throne.
Is this throne on earth, or in heaven?
v32 All nations (sheep and goats together) will be there
Who are the nations?
How does this judgment relate to the Bema Seat Judgment and the Great White Throne Judgment?

Matthew 25:31-33 (KJV)
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

so from scritpture is when he returns, He will separate the Sheep and the Goats . They are both thinking they are saved and following Jesus.

This is the final Judgement of those that call themselves by his name

and how were they separated. what was the reason given

Matthew 25:34-40 (KJV)
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

So the Sheep did these things

but the Goats did not.
Matthew 25:41-46 (KJV)
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

So the difference between the sheep and the goats. Not what they believed in , not how much money they gave to the offering basket, not how many miracles they performed, but simply did they do or not do what God commands, love one another as Christ loved the church

How does this judgment relate to the Bema Seat Judgment and the Great White Throne Judgment?
It's on the earth (at the time of Christ's Second Coming to the earth, FOR the commencement of promised and prophesied earthly Millennial Kingdom [Rev19]); it is distinct from both the Bema Seat judgment (thus, unrelated to "our Rapture") and the Great White Throne judgment. The "nations [plural]" will have been being "invited" (to the MK) via the Matt24:14[26:13] "invitation" (so to speak) WITHIN/DURING the trib years, and I believe it will be the believing remnant of Jews/Israel [singular nation] (having themselves come to faith WITHIN/DURING those trib years) who will be the ones DOING the "inviting" (aka "the least of these My brethren," Matt25:40, who are not the ones BEING "judged/separated" in this particular judgment [which is for/of/about "the nations [plural]"]). Compare also to Matt19:28 (and then, that verse with Lk22:30,16,18... and those with Matt26:29... etc, etc...). Those who "blessed" [i.e. aided] them, will then be called "ye BLESSED" by our Lord, and those who did not "bless" them [/aid them] will be called "ye CURSED"... (recalling a passage from elsewhere in Scripture). I believe those who DO aid them will be doing so at great risk to themselves. (I believe this will be a demonstration of their "faith".)

I believe like what It say, all nation is every body.

The sheep go to heaven,

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world

the goat go to hell

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels

To my surprise the sheep do not know that the King or Jesus Will put them to heaven

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

And the goat do not know that they Will go to hell

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

It may the goat helping the poor a Lot, they say when we see you hungry and I not help you.

But may be they do it so people think they are good people. To gain flattery or they do It for political campaign. In my country, when people running for political, like governor or president, they help poor to get vote.

When you did it not to the least of the brethren.... So many people only help those that can help themselves. so many only pray for people instead of feeding them.

The LEAST . The most insignificant .

this is the interpretation of matt 22

All law is base oN love, for Example do not kill = love, because you not kill If you love people

Do not steal= love your neighbors etc.

And If you love you help the poor

Love the rich is easy, in my country you proud If you are good friend of the president or rich man. That is not pure love, you do not have to be christian to love rich, every body can do it. But No body want to be a friend of the poor.

I believe that is why Jesus evaluate If we do love our neighbors by what you do to the poor, to the stranger etc.

Some people in my country hate stranger, It was war between tribe, some are racist. They are not aware that racist not go to heaven. Dayak was kill Madura in Kalimantan, and some of Dayak are Christian.

When I am stranger you not took me in = racist
Matt 22
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The sheep go to heaven,
Hi Jackson123,

Actually, the sheep will be those great tribulation saints who make it alive through God's time of wrath and the reign of the beast, until Jesus returns to the earth to end the age. The sheep will still be in their mortal bodies and will be allowed to enter into the millennial kingdom and will repopulate the earth, along with the remnant of Israel.

I guess all depends on whether there is a rapture or not ..

Need some clarification.
If I'm not mistaken, satan will be released for a short time towards the end of the MK, when he will deceive many. Will the sheep-goat judgment take place after the release of satan?
If yes, is this judgment placed at the end of the MK?
Are we saying that immediately after the sheep-goat judgment, there will be the great white throne judgment? If the people in the millennial kingdom would be judged via the sheep-goat judgment, who will be judged at the great white throne judgment?

Well, the Sheep and the goat judgment takes place when Christ returns to the earth to end the age, where the gathering of the church takes place prior to the first seal being opened, which initiates God's wrath. The Sheep and goat judgment has nothing to do with the gathering of the church and takes place at least seven years apart from each other.

Gathering of the church
= Resurrection of the dead and the changing of the living, both being caught up immortal and glorified, which takes place prior to God's wrath.

Sheep and goat judgment
= Involves those who make it through God's wrath alive in their mortal bodies and which takes place after God's wrath and when Jesus returns to the earth to end the age

Does anyone have a timeline of the end times that include the rapture, Bema, tribulation, Armageddon, MK....

What is the journey covered by the tribulation saints?
Aren't these the ones who were left behind at the rapture, but who somehow made it to the new earth?

The same chapter (Mt 25) also talks about the parable of the 10 virgins and the talents. Are not these 2 parables related to the gathering of the church?

Greetings onlinebuddy,

In keeping with the context, the judgment of the sheep and the goats takes place after Jesus returns to the earth to end the age. Satan is restricted in the Abyss during Christ's thousand year reign, where he is released at the end for a short period, then comes the great white throne judgment.

Are we saying that immediately after the sheep-goat judgment, there will be the great white throne judgment? If the people in the millennial kingdom would be judged via the sheep-goat judgment, who will be judged at the great white throne judgment?
At the great white throne judgment will be all of the unrighteous dead from the beginning of history until they are resurrected and their spirits released from Hades. The fallen angels and death and Hades, personified, will also be judged at the great white throne.

* Wrath of God - Seals, trumpets and bowls (lasts for seven years)

* Jesus returns to the earth to end the age at the end of the seven years

* Beast and false prophet captured and throne alive in the lake of fire

* Satan bound in the Abyss for a thousand years

* Great tribulation saints resurrected

* Thousand year reign of Christ

* Satan released from the Abyss for one last rebellion

* Satan thrown into the lake of fire

* Great white throne judgment

* Eternity

The great tribulation saints will be those who will have not believed in Christ at the time the church is gathered, but will become believers after the gathering and during the time of God's wrath and the beasts reign. This group is introduced in Rev.7:9-17. This is the same group that the beast makes war against and conquers as described in Rev.13:5-7. Those of the GTS who die because of their testimony for Jesus and the word of God, are those resurrected after Jesus returns to the earth to end the age as revealed in Rev.20:4-6
