I have never heard of this 2nd Wilderness Journey prophecy being in the Bible..
What is this prophecy and from were was it sourced?
I googled it. There’s a YouTube video about this. It has to do with Israel fleeing into the wilderness during the time of the mark of the beast, if I’m understanding this correctly. Called the second Exodus.

According to the prophecy: Numbers 14:33-35 And your children shall wander in the wilderness forty years, and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness. After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise. I the LORD have said, I will surely do it unto all this evil congregation that are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.
It was fulfilled when Joshua entered the Promise land when the Israelites crossed the river Jordan: Joshua 1:1-3 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. Joshua 3:15-16 And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,) That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

It is an event that is happening now all across the world.
These are the beginning stages of this prophecy.
Those who understand this prophecy are the ones preparing to leave while some have already left.

The Journey that you are speaking about takes place in the middle of the last seven years prior to Christ's return to the earth. Once the Lord appears and the church has been removed, then that ruler, the antichrist, will establish his covenant with Israel initiating that last seven years. In the middle of that seven year period he will break his agreement and cause the sacrifices and offerings to cease and will set up that abomination in the holy within the future temple. This causes Israel to flee, which is the desolation. According Rev.12:6, 14, Israel will be cared for out in the desert/wilderness during the last 3 1/2 years of that seven year period. Therefore, since the antichrist has not yet been revealed and that agreement has not yet been made, then Israel's fleeing could not have begun to take place
"And the woman fled into the wilderness, where God had prepared a place for her to be nourished for 1,260 days."
"But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly from the presence of the serpent to her place in the wilderness, where she was nourished for a time, and times, and half a time." (Time=1 year, Times=2 years, half a time=half a year, total=3 1/2 years)
The same event is also mentioned in the Olivet Discourse found in Matt.24:15-22
"So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination of desolation,’ described by the prophet Daniel (let the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve anything from his house. And let no one in the field return for his cloak.
learn what it means to walk by faith the unseen eternal as the thing of God. rather than chasing after the things of men seen the temporal . The pagan foundation. No faith not little none.
Its an evil generation (natural unconverted man "666" ) that seeks after sign and wonders not just signs alone. . (no faith) They simply create their own personal source and wish upon it like wishing upon a star..
As Jesus said no sign as a wonderment will be given .Making up wonders that will never appear Only exposes another gospel coming from another Christ . One of the many marks of the antichrists.(666)

It came and is gone end of sign and wonders .

I now Moses led the first wilderness journey from Egypt so I ask who led them the 2nd journey and where did they flee from because Egypt was destroyed and who were they in bondage to that they needed to escape from the 2nd time?

Without parables Christ spoke not and Matt.24:1-3 was no exception..
Using his flesh as living parable (the father and Son working together as one) he walked out of the ‘abomination of desolation,( what the eyes see) and did flee to the mountain to ingrain the parable which they did not understand into their memory. .
Jesus did not reveal the unseen understanding the gospel message at that moment . From what appear the disciples must of thought he was blind or was day dreaming . He walked out and they wanted for him to take a look . as in . . . .its right in front of you .as like what part of looking is it that your do not understand... the part of opening your eyes.?
He refused to stand in the "abomination of desecration".
Some would make it into the Holy place and say it must be built up .If only we could find the missing red heifer as one idea. (no faith)
Many times the Son of man Jesus purposely hid the meaning to teach the apostles how to "walk by faith" . . .rather than literalizing. and missing out on the understanding that could of been there waking call to the gospel the unseen understanding. (faith)
Several time he would use in the parables .peek a boo. . Now you see me now you do not as a object lesson in the parable.. He never entered the temple build with human hands again as an abomination of desecration

Mount olive represents all the kingdoms of this world .They will be become the kingdom or sects in the new heavens and earth.
Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
They were in bondage to Babylon, but that captivity was God's doing because Israel was supposed to work the land for 6 years and then not work the land during the seventh year. They did this for 490 years without giving the land its rest. Therefore, God led them into captivity to Babylon for 70 years, one year for each seven year period. However, the fleeing in Revelation 12 has nothing to do with that fleeing as it is yet future.
