If you don't like what someone has to say, ignore it. If you can't...take a break from the net, pray. Go on a walk. Get some food.
Realize that while there may be some grain of truth in it, they aren't you and don't know how it affects you.
Spend some time in the word and let your frustrations out instead of at others where you will almost get nowhere without LOADs of energy.
Sometimes I have to legitimately "get up" and go outside. Take a shower. Something that distracts your focus from the "heat of the moment"...
Can throw in some scripture if you like. Some of this is what I do just F.Y.I.
