He invites us to come to Him in all that we need.
It is for us to abandon our ego, our own will and
come to Him as an empty vessel to be filled with
His love. Take my yoke upon you and learn for
I am gentle of heart and you will find rest for your
souls. It is time to awaken and leave all of our
egos at the door and submit to Him. In Him we
have all that we will ever need to live a life of joy
as He invites us to do. So the question would be.
why do we look at other things. In Jesus we have
the recipe to eternal life not only after this life but
in this life, here and now. Can we become humble
and come to Him as little children. Well that is what
He asks us to do.

Well said, it isn't always easy dying to self, the flesh creeps up, but possible when our focus is Him.
