We will focus on just two verses (Isa 28:9,10 KJV) since that is what we are talking about as applicable to Christians. There is also a great deal of rebuke for Israel, but that's a different topic.
Whom shall He teach knowledge? and whom shall He make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
1. Who is the Divine Teacher of Christians? The Holy Spirit (hence the capitalization)
2. Whom does the Spirit make to understand doctrine (the meat of the Word)? Mature Christians (not babes in Christ) -- those who have been weaned from the *milk* of the Word of God (the elementary truths of the Gospel).
The apostle Paul has the same instruction for Christians in Hebrew 5:11-14, and he ties it in with knowing how to discern between good and evil (and act on it, which goes without saying, since actions speak louder than words)

11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

And this is where Isa 28:10 comes in: For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: Which simply means that the Holy Spirit does not overwhelm the Christian who seeks the truth, but teaches him or her progressively.
You also made a couple of irrelevant (or inappropriate) remarks: "The body of Christ is not under law." There is not even hint about this in the OP. Therefore I called it a "knee-jerk" reaction. And strictly speaking the Body of Christ is under the Law of Christ. Which is even more demanding than the Law of Moses.

If walking in Spirit is by precepts, then it’s law. Not grace which actually is the power of Holy Spirit working in our life.

Doctrine is good for understanding what now is reality in Christ (anointing).
The problem with rejection of the baptism of Holy Spirit and the spiritual language of the new creation man, is one follows logos when it’s rhema that leads.
Understand? Logos is as a knife but rhema is the sword.

My first advice to any new believers we be just read through the Bible from cover to cover. Dont worry about doctrines or what who and who believes. Just let the Bible plainly reveal itself to you.
This sets the foundation. Once read now it will be easier to filter out not so accurate teachings. Now it is time to move forward from a infant in faith and on into maturity as you grow and begin to study the scriptures.
When studying scripture we must always first ask a few questions.
1. Who is speaking
2. What is the cultural context and Biblical context?
3. When in the historical timeline was the scripture spoken?
4. Where is the individual speaking?
5. Why was the author writing or intended audience?
This reinforces the first foundation.
There are other tools like if two scriptures seem to contradict, we use the and/or concept where the scripture adds more detail.
You can use interlinear books that translate Hebrew or Greek to English. This helps you see the original truest meaning of the text. This often times sheds light on which translations are not as accurate.
Also grammatical genders for the Hebrew and Greek language can help with understanding.
Grammatical gender can influence people’s thinking, the language’s grammatical gender can have significant and surprising effects on cognition.
Theologians or Pastor's commentaries can help as long as you test it if its integrity is good to build on your Biblical foundation.
Using a easy to read Bible also helps.
My favorite is the NIV and is easy to read compared to Bibles like the King James.
Learning apologetics can also increase understanding and how to put your beliefs into words so you communicate your understanding as you practice evangelism.

On topic: It depends a lot on your own eyes what you will glean from the Bible.
If you are looking to be uplifted, you will be uplifted. If you are looking for counsel, you find counsel.
Atheists find reasons to hate God. Because you find what you're looking for.
This resulted with people trying to find "loopholes" to keep doing what God hates, which is called out by the prophets all the time.

And this is how following Jesus fulfills the law, because doing what God loves is in opposition to doing what God hates.

How did a thread about seeking and learning about God through His Word turn into a bad idea and searching for the serpent in your opinion, I cannot understand. Take the spirit of what I say.
You also assume about other believers. What gives you the audacity to claim I am not baptized in the Holy Spirit? For a born again believer you sure like to tear others down. I thought Jesus sent us to build fellow believers up.

When you opened this thread , I thought it was wonderful , a great place where we can share what the Holy Spirit is teaching us as we walk home onwards to heaven...
I am in the book of John , and I can honestly say my eyes are being opened...
This morning I was reading where Jesus was speaking to His Disciples and He said "Peace I leave you , not of this world " , well I stopped and pondered on that , and before I knew it , hours had gone by as I delved into study about the word peace , so thankful for having my eyes opened , the book of John is really working in me at present , and I know the Lord is feeding me meat as I still drink the milk to wash it down , that is where I am at at the moment , resting in His peace

Before I would just read the word , but now I am studying it , going deeper and finding gems...

This morning I was reading where Jesus was speaking to His Disciples and He said "Peace I leave you , not of this world " , well I stopped and pondered on that , and before I knew it , hours had gone by as I delved into study about the word peace , so thankful for having my eyes opened , the book of John is really working in me at present , and I know the Lord is feeding me meat as I still drink the milk to wash it down , that is where I am at at the moment , resting in His peace
