Yes I see disagree. Second paragraph first three words. Did you or did you not say I disagreed with the words in the first paragraph of the post above? Answer please.
I was referring to the fact that you proclaim fornicators do not have salvation. I disagree according to the fact that Jesus says no one who has been given to him by our heavenly father will be lost. There are many fornicators who have faith in Jesus, and thank God the power of God’s saving grace in Jesus is greater than the power of our sin. Like I said, you have synaptic misfires.

Jud 1:4 (KJV) For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I don’t know what point you’re trying to make, are you trying to say that Paul was turning the grace of God into lasciviousness?

How does “all things are lawful but not expedient” turn into a lust to sin?
Taking a verse out of context is not good practice. Read the verse in context.

So if a person is a fornicator, they may stay a fornicator till the day they die if they chose when they are regenerated ? Is that what you are saying? Or does the grace of God change anything in them?

The context is that all things are lawful for Christians but not all things are beneficial for Christians to do.

Why don’t you just substitute the word lie with fornicator. You are a liar, I’m a liar and so is everyone else living on this planet.

All things are lawful for us in Christ so we are not counted as liars in Gods eyes.

So there are many present tense, habitual fornicators that are regenerate believers. Is that what you are saying? Or did Paul say “ such were some of you”.
I’ll type slowly so you can keep up. The power of God’s grace in Jesus Christ is greater than the power of sin, but it might not be greater than the power of your synaptic misfires.

Why don’t you substitute fornicate with rape, murder, child molestation, idolatry etc? Are you saying these things are lawful for us.

I will give you one thing. Your position is consistent. It is the logical conclusion of lightskin’s and Undergraces pisition

The power of Gods grace is greater than the power of sin, therefore even though some of the Corinthians were fornicators, they were no longer. Because of Gods work and power.

@And such WERE some of you. Past tense or present tense?

I made it easy for you to see by using liar as an example. We are all sinners and come short of the glory of God. There are no levels of sin, lying is just as much a sin as murder.

All things are lawful but a TRUE CHRISTIAN will not be brought under the power of any.

1Co 6:12 (KJV) All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

No. Do you agree with kjv that fornication is lawful for believers?

How about you @UnderGrace @dcontroversal @eternally-gratefull

Is believing that all sin is lawful a litmus test? Ie if you don’t think that all sin is lawful for a believer, you’re a work Salvationist? Is that how it works.

Darkness is being exposed today
So i would like to know how many of you hold “all sin is lawful for a believer as poster kjv does. It seems to me that he is stating your positions more clearly and out there to see then some of you others

I fornicated as a Christian after my first wife left me, does that mean I’m a fornicator in Gods eyes.... also this was twenty years ago have I reached the statute of limitations yet?
Did you ever stop? If you are truly regenerate, you did, because that’s what regenerate people do, sooner or later

Or if you didn’t , I truly believe you will one day, if you are regenerate. if you don’t let your doctrine prevent that is. you.

So you admit you’re judgmental, and unrighteously so.
Where did I say that. You think a person who says they don’t fornicate has a problem. So I took your statement to its ligical conclusion if it’s a problem to say one is not this sin or that sin, it follows that everyone indulges in said sin.

Some interesting info came out today about your little group

Your logical conclusion was wrong. You seem to always be wrong. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
