here is some wise words from holy fathers hope some of them help have nice day and god bless you :)

1: There are two methods to subdue anger. First, that before a person undertakes to act, he places before his mind the contumelies and sufferings which he will likely encounter, and, by reflecting on the shame borne by our Saviour, prepares himself to bear them patiently. Secondly, that when we behold the excesses of others, we direct our thoughts to our own excesses, by which we offend others. This consideration of our own faults will lead us to excuse those of others. For a person who piously considers that he also has something which others must bear patiently in him will be easily disposed to bear patiently injuries he receives from others.”
--Pope Saint Gregory the Great

2: "When you feel the assaults of passion and anger, then is the time to be silent as Jesus was silent in the midst of His ignominies and sufferings.
O holy silence, rich in great virtues! O holy silence, which is a key of gold, keeping in safety the great treasure of holy virtues!”
--St. Paul of the Cross

3: Depend upon it, it is better to learn how to live without being angry than to imagine one can moderate and control anger lawfully; and if through weakness and frailty one is overtaken by it, it is far better to put it away forcibly than to parley with it; for give anger ever so little way, and it will become master, like the serpent, who easily works in its body wherever it can once introduce its head.
--St. Francis de Sales, Introduction to the Devout Life

4: A brother asked Abba Isidore the priest, "Why are the demons so frightened of you?" The old man said to him, "Because, ever since the day I began practicing ascesis, I have striven to prevent anger from reaching my lips. The Desert Fathers

5: Abba Ammonas said, "I have spent fourteen years in Scetis asking God night and day to grant me the victory over anger. The Sayings of the Desert Fathers

6: Anger is by nature designed for waging war with the demons and for struggling with every kind of sinful pleasure. Therefore angels, arousing spiritual pleasure in us and giving us to taste its blessedness, incline us to direct our anger against the demons. But the demons, enticing us towards worldly lusts, make us use anger to fight with men, which is against nature, so that the mind, thus stupefied and darkened, should become a traitor to virtues Abba Evagrius the Monk

7: Prayer is the flower of gentleness and freedom from anger Evagrios the Solitary

8: The first step toward freedom from anger is to keep the lips silent when the heart is stirred; the next, to keep thoughts silent when the soul is upset; the last, to be totally calm when unclean winds are blowing. St. John Climacus

hope some of this may help you god bless :)

"Often ones surroundings and circumstances play a role in attitude and behavior.
Too much 'exposure' to negative worldly things often causes emotional unrest
which may bring cause of ones own mental turmoil. 'Demon' may be manifested by ones
own pride, arrogance, haughtiness and rebellion. Let us be reminded of ...'we have found
the enemy and it is us.'
Let us pray you find a peace of knowing God in your life. It works so long as you work at it."

Hello Selenah :) I wonder what you mean to say, there is nothing there? Do you mean to say there is nothing specific making you angry in the moment to cause your present anger and agitation? I cannot help but think that there is past anger you have not dealt with. Have you dug deeper into the anger, to get under the anger? Some say anger is a secondary response... and I agree. Anger does help us understand where our boundaries are, and it is up to us as adults to establish and maintain them. Have you explored the areas in your life where you were violated before you were able to understand and enforce boundaries, or protect yourself? The places where you have been hurt and unable to articulate the damage done? Have you put to rest your unmet expectations from your past relationships and circumstances? If you are experiencing a lot of anger and agitation in the present unconnected to anything currently happening in your here and now, I would suggest digging in to find what is underneath it.

Here are some questions you can ask yourself:

What am I really angry about?

What is the problem, and whose problem is it?

How can I sort out who is responsible for what?

How can I learn to express my anger in a way that will not leave me feeling helpless and powerless?

When I’m angry, how can I clearly communicate my position without becoming defensive or attacking?

What risks and losses might I face if I become clearer and more assertive?

If getting angry is not working for me, what can I do differently?

I guess when I say there’s nothing there I mean it feels empty. I am not as angry now. I think the 5htp was not good too.

It's good to hear that you are feeling better, friend. I’m praying that God will surround you with His love and protection. May He be your source of comfort and strength as you trust in Him. Also, it might be helpful to connect with a counselor.

Lord we pray for Selenah . Bless and save her from any evil that may be near her.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness(Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you.
