Yes life is hard, with that I have to agree, and there are alot of lonely people in this world suffering as we speak. But I think that chatting with others - whether in person or by other means - helps alot.

Ooohh that is a big question! Mainly going back to work, studying, having moved recently - so quite a few things. I've got some health problems too as well.
I work in specialised Mental Health areas, and my boss has been screaming for me to go back to work. I currently do some work from home at present. But having to go back is stressing me out a wee bit, as all of our clients are acute care and difficult to handle. They are all labile and many are known to us, as they are what we call frequent flyers. I know as soon as I say I'm available for work, I will be going to the busiest and most acute unit at one of our major hospitals.
I might have a wee drink of my pear cider tonight to help me cope, lol - I'm not a drinker at all, but sometimes there are situations that warrant it!!
