HEBREWS 13 [8] Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Does this new testament scripture really mean what it says?

PROVERBS 24 [19] Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked;[20] For there shall be no reward to the evil man; THE CANDLE OF THE WICKED SHALL BE PUT OUT.[21] My son, fear thou the LORD and the king: and MEDDLE NOT WITH THEM THAT ARE GIVEN TO CHANGE:[22] For their calamity shall rise suddenly; and who knoweth the ruin of them both?

PSALM 89 [30] IF HIS CHILDREN FORSAKE MY LAW, and walk not in my judgments; [31] If they break my statutes, AND KEEP NOT MY COMMANDMENTS; [32] Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. [33] Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. [34] MY COVENANT WILL I NOT BREAK, NOR ALTER the thing that is gone out of my lips.

The "many" believe that Gods 4th commandment has been altered

ECCLES. 3 [14] I know that, WHATSOEVER GOD DOETH, IT SHALL BE FOR EVER: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. [15] That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

MALACHI 3 [2] BUT WHO MAY ABIDE THE DAY OF HIS COMING? AND WHO SHALL STAND WHEN HE APPEARETH? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:[3] And he shall sit as a refiner and purifer of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.[4] Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years.[5] And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.[6] FOR I AM THE LORD, I CHANGE NOT;

HEBREWS 13 [8] Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

So why do many believe that their god is a wishy washy God. Changing continually.

Old testament – keep the sabbath
New testament – dont bother
1000 yr rest (in the Kingdom) – Gotta keep the sabbath again (scripture below)

ISAIAH 66 [22] For as the NEW HEAVENS AND THE NEW EARTH, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain. [23] And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and FROM ONE SABBATH TO ANOTHER, shall ALL FLESH COME TO WORSHIP BEFORE ME, saith the Lord.

So has the sabbath been changed or altered? Many make that claim. But i gotta believe that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever
The Torah of God changes, whoever thinks that it doesn't lacks understanding. That is why at one point polygamy was permitted, now it is not. That is why at one point remarriage after divorce was permitted, now it is not. That is why at one point marrying your sibling was permitted, and then with Moses it was no longer permitted. That is why at one point circumcision of the flesh was commanded, and now it is not. The Torah of God changes, through men of God that had the anointing who had authority to do so by the anointing, for the airflow of God is the one who has authority to change the Torah of God, not us, according to the will of God. In the current covenant we are under, the "new covenant", observing shabbaths is not required. What is required of us, however, is reducing ourselves to necessities. And also, in this last generation, getting rid of all paper money and fiat currency. We have bigger worries than observing what is not required of us.

Banned Serpent Seed Heresy
Indeed they are related, but under the new covenant matters of food, drink, feasts, new moons, and shabbaths are not required to be observed. In the millennial covenant, they will be required to be observed again.
Revelation 2
26 And he (them?) that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him (them?) will I give power over the nations:
27 And he (they?) shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28 And I will give him (them?) the morning star.
29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

I would not expect someone who rejects the Torah to suddenly welcome me with open arms.
Do you think Paul rejected the Torah? See what he wrote:

ROMANS 7

4 So, my brothers and sisters, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God. 5 For when we were in the realm of the flesh the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in us, so that we bore fruit for death. 6 But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

You can only be released from the written Torah if you are released from sin, hence "you have been set free from sin". Someone who has been set from sin can no longer be under a written Torah that reveals all that is sin, for the "power of sin is the Torah". That is why whoever receives the airflow is then caused to obey the written Torah perfectly, because he is no longer under sin, for the airflow circumcises the heart removing the foreskin of sin, and so causes a man to become "dead to sin", which is why it is written, "he who is born of God can no longer sin". But even then, when a man is led by the airflow, the Torah is not discarded, but rather, it is upheld, hence, "do we then nullify the Torah by this belief? By no means, we uphold the Torah". You people lack understanding, and so rather than obey the Torah so that you can then receive the airflow and become released from it, you have gone off into complete torahlessness, complete and sheer disobedience, through ignorance and deception and stubbornness, and so block yourselves from truly receiving the airflow, all to your own condemnation in the time to come.

Which brothers? Remind me what you wrote.
Sure thing!

Acts 15: 1. Some men came down from Judea and taught the brothers, "Unless you are circumcised after the custom of Moses, you can't be saved."

In your view, were the brothers spoken of above obedient to the commands of God written in the Torah?

The Gentiles that received the anointing did indeed obey the Torah, hence,

For from ancient generations Moses has had in every city those who proclaim him, for he is read every Sabbath in the synagogues.
Acts 15:21

The Jerusalem council only mentioned sexual immorality and blood not because those were the only two sins that exist, but because those were the two sins the Gentiles commonly broke, so rather than them quote them the entire Torah, as we can see in Acts 15:21, they chose to only mention what they needed to begin obeying now.

Does the word Brothers in the verse I posted refer to Gentiles that received the anointing?

We who have believed in Jesus Christ for salvation received the Holy Spirit by faith, not by obedience.

The process you propose is completely impossible, and quite ludicrous. "Obey the Torah, then receive the Spirit, and then you will obey the Torah." It also clearly contradicts the teaching in Galatians.

Is it painful for you to communicate using plain, common English terms like "law" and "Spirit"?

That's a non sequitur.

Already refuted. Verse 28 clearly dismantles your position.

So you think the apostles who took part in Council of Jerusalem were ignorant, disobedient, stubborn and are now burning in Hell.

No it is not. Read.

You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.
Romans 6:18

But now, having been set free from sin, and having become servants of Elohim, you have your fruit resulting in set-apartness, and the end, aeonial life.
Romans 6:22

Yeshuah replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it to the aeon. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
John 8:34-36

And I will give you a new heart, and a new airflow I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my airflow within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my judgments.
Ezekiel 36:26-27

in order that the righteous requirement of the Torah might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the airflow.
Romans 8:4

For by one offering he has perfected in perpetuity the ones having been set apart.
Hebrews 10:14

and to the airflows of the righteous, who have been made perfect.
Hebrews 12:23

Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 John 3:9

We know that every one born of God does not sin; but the one born of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him.

As I said, the Gentiles obeyed the Torah, and also the believers who were Jews.
Acts 15: 1. Some men came down from Judea and taught the brothers, "Unless you are circumcised after the custom of Moses, you can't be saved."

So the brothers who were being taught by the men from Judea were already believing in Jesus and were already keeping the entire law of Moses with the exception of circumcision. Is that correct in your view?

No, they sleep in death, and they taught obedience to the Torah, not disobedience to it as you people teach.
