Actually, Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father making intercession for His Church. His Kingdom will be literal, physical, and visible on earth.

Revelation 19
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

This has not happened yet.

Matthew 25
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
You did not answer my question. If Christ's kingdom has never been on earth, as you surmise, then why at his second coming he says he will deliver UP his kingdom to God?

What does the Scripture say,

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

The kingdom is not delivered up until all enemies including death is put under his feet and destroyed. But, he must reign first and then the kingdom is delivered up to the Father. Satan and death are not destroyed until after His 1,000 reign. It’s all in Revelation 20.

You have simply made a false assumption. The Kingdom is delivered up a long time after the Second Coming. It appears that you have no interest in learning the truth.

If his kingdom does not come until your supposedly 1000 year reign, Why does Matt 11:12 say And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force?

John 21:20-23
Peter turned and saw that the disciple whom Jesus loved was following them. (This was the one who had leaned back against Jesus at the supper and had said, “Lord, who is going to betray you?”) When Peter saw him, he asked, “Lord, what about him?” Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.” Because of this, the rumor spread among the believers that this disciple would not die. But Jesus did not say that he would not die; he only said, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you?”

It could be that the Apostle John has not yet died. There may be others still alive from the time that Jesus stated Matthew 16:28.
Jesus used that discourse just as the one in Mathew 16: 22-23 to teach of those who spread lies as oral traditions of men that do in the end make the word of God without effect.

Jesus said if every time he had to prevent an oral tradition of men as a lie from spreading. . . the whole world would not be able to contain the books that could be written. Catholic turn that upside down and use it to confirm their own oral fleshly traditions of their fathers. .

What would the death of a apostle have to do with the gospel ?

It would seem that some desire to keep the back burners off... the fire out , This is until there own idea of a great tribulation as some sort of outward sign.

We are in the mix of it the last days which began when Jesus said it is finished...... No other time in history was there such a great suffering for outward Jew according to the flesh . They still seek in a hope Christ will come. But continue to deny the father and the Son .serving men as a law of fathers .This is even though they were commanded to call no man on earth father..

Scripture refers to the unconverted outward Jew as antichrists. Others born of the Spirit as a inward Jew they are not suffering that same tribulation. We by grace are yoked with Christ. . he makes our load lighter..

To us inward Jews renamed by God in Acts (Christians) we have been born again of the Spirit of Christ we are to hold out the gospel in a hope it will give rest to their great tribulation. .An terrible tribulation like none before or ever again..

I have no interest in agreeing with a false doctrine.

But the kingdom of heaven , Christ's kingdom, is what is suffering violence. That is the born of the Spirit people. It got so bad that they had to go underground with their meetings to survive. That was called the dark ages, when Paul was persecuting the church, the kingdom of heaven.

Jesus set up his church when he was on earth. Where is it today? What does it consist of? What is its purpose?

Matthew 16:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Yeshua/Jesus answers the where, what and why.

Who is that Visible Church that Hell has not prevailed against?

I am not entirely sure of your intent behind this question; however, for what it is worth...

It is possible for hell to prevail against a "local, visible, New Testament church" (e.g. - when it "closes its doors" and goes out of existance/establishment); however, it is not possible for hell to prevail against the 'spiritual' church.

There is an explanation regarding this issue on this web page:

Matthew 5:48 King James Version (KJV)

48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

2 Timothy 4:3-4 King James Version (KJV)

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The Gates of Hell is prevailing against any Visible Church whose members are Sinning. As Yeshua/Jesus commands, you must be Perfect as the Father in Heaven is Perfect.

Are any astute members on these forums able to verify the following information?

American Baptist Association (ABA)

Ben M. Bogard

"Benjamin Marcus "Ben" Bogard (March 9, 1868 – May 29, 1951) was an American Baptist clergyman, author, editor, educator, radio broadcaster, and champion debater in primarily the U.S. state of Arkansas. In 1924, Bogard founded the American Baptist Association, commonly called the Missionary Baptist denomination, based in Texarkana, Texas...."

"...In his 1934 debate with Aimee Semple McPherson, founder of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, he proclaimed, "Miracles and divine healing, as taught and manifested in the Word of God, ceased with the closing of the apostolic age" in the year A.D. 70, after which overt miracles were no longer performed on earth...."

"...In his debate with Church of Christ theologian Joseph Sale Warlick,[12] from John 10:27-30, Bogard argued that a Christian who falls into sinful behavior still retains eternal security because of the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross and subsequent Resurrection, which are greater than an individual's imperfection...."

Yes the first century reformation brought a tribulation to the body of Christ as a kingdom of priest. Ambassadors sent from Zion where believers have their citizenship , the new heavenly Jerusalamen. A tribulation like not seen ever before or ever again . They have been reigning with Christ for nearly two thousand literal years. .The thousand years like other metaphor in that parable found in Revelation 20 are part the signified tongue of God's interpretation the Bible.

The Amil position works the best for sorting out that kind of signified understanding.

Revelation 1 King James Version (KJV) The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
