Well I'm not certain how you define the church that Jesus built? Jesus is still building His church. One important thing I would give you is the Jesus did not build His church on Peter. The church is built on Jesus, on His blood and righteousness.

To be part of the church that Jesus is building one must be born again by grace through faith. The church that Jesus is building is not built with mortar and bricks but redeemed souls. The church that the gates of hell cannot prevail against is of the Holy Spirit and not built by man.

Jesus is infallible not the church. Roman Catholic church is not the church of Mat 16:18. The pope is not the vicar of Christ. I'm concerned about your liturgy.

The Matthew 16:18 Church is Infallible because Jesus, who is Infallible, is the Church.

Jesus is infallible but the church is not Jesus. The church is the bride of Christ. How you get Jesus is the church from Mat 16:18 is strange indeed.

Jesus is the head of the body, the Church, but believers make up the body.

Christ is the head, believers make up the body.

Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

As I said before, yes, I am a member of the Church which is the body of Christ. The Church did not begin until after Christ’s resurrection.

Everyone who believes in Christ is a member of the church, regardless of which congregation one does or doesn't attend.

Yes, the Church Jesus says he shall build, future tense. The resurrection had to happen first. That’s the foundation of the Church.
