He only focused on one passage and define it thoroughly - he missed the whole scripture...

Read again. There are many scriptures, and many more to come (as I said). I'll exegete the Greek from any passage. I notice you posted no scripture or word-meanings. Just a sentence opinion to a third party.

No no why Loloy he has head crazy knowledge saying "Where is the Person in the Scriptures".....aah man ya did it now :D

Your presenting three person's here - :D

That's the whole point: they are three, and you are therefore inferring that they are three persons, while Pneuma is pointing out that scripture does not call them persons explicitly and it is therefore an inference or assumption on your part.

lol... you want's scriptures... i can give you one... there's so many reference about the God reveling himself in three persons... :D

(this would be a long discussions) it has been discussed over and over again in this forums -

Matthew 24:36
36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father.

Now - if the Father and the Son is on One person - how come does the Son doesn't know when will He come? The Son pointed out that the Father is the One who know's His return. In these verse alone it presented that they the Father and Son are different person. Supposedly if the Father and Son are on one person - the Son should know his return - since the Father knows when... But the fact they are not on one person.. In these verse presented that they two have individual separated minds and intellect.

Loloy,,,,he is talking about the actual word "person" in the bible or the word "Trinity"

I say it explains the Trinity but yet He said where in the bible does it specifically say "Person" for Trinity

crazy4God and loloy what does it matter if you think God is "three persons" or "One"? does it make Jesus sacrifice less? i'm going to read the other debate and pray about it all personally.

PPS and EG how would this effect doctrine and what is being taught in the churches? PPS it sounds like you think Trinitarian holds sway at the moment, if your words were accepted how would that change the dialog in the churches? how would this help the Kingdom of God on Earth?

I'm surprised you don't see the subtle but profound difference. Trinity verges on polytheism by being so discrete.

It was salvific for me. I didn't know in whom I had believed. I was lost because I believed God was three. Others have the same testimony.

Ask Trinis. They'll likely say I'm anathema and a heretic. Most just call me Oneness out of comtinued ignorance.

man if you believe Jesus is the Son of God and died and bled for you and destroy sins.....and ressurected.....and follow His doctrine.....then why argue brother? :)

No. Spirit-Soul-Body. Huge difference.

Are you three persons or spirit-soul-body of one person?

I get your whole picture - lol

i'm a one person - with a spirt-soul-body it means i'm complete

what do you mean by the word "person"?

i will point it clearly... do you mean that... person = spirit-soul-body?

I'll get to this. It's quite easy to exegete. Show scripture that God is three "persons". Not just three or distinct or whatever else. Show specific scripture. I did.

God's Soul is well pleased in the Son. The Father is well pleased in the Son. The Father is God's Soul, not a "person". Show scripture, not ignorant indoctrinated opinion, please.

Hi Amanda. I don't know really. To be honest, I have never heard this doctrine in itself taught in my current church, and been there 6 years. We go though scripture book by book. I do know we are prety much all on the same page though.

we are more worried about getting the gospel out. and growing those in our church how to live Godly lives.

lol - you wan't another passage - ok:D

Why do I say they are in three different person? Because God reveal himself in three persons -

Mark 1:9-10
9 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 Just as Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. 11 And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

They are separated person's - The Father is not the Son, the Son, is not the Spirit.. The passage show's us that - they are distinct from each other... ahm... if you have some exegetical explanation on Matt 24:36 - please - i need your answer
:D
