Yes the word for world here is Kosmos. Today the word Cosmos means the entire Universe. This is why we will rule and reign with Him for 1,000 years. God is a God of absolute Justice. He has impressed that upon me many times. We see this in how fine tuned the Universe is. We are forgiven because of the atonement, Jesus paid the price for sin for us. He was willing to do that for the Joy set before Him. Because of the Love that He has for us.

In Mark 10:45, Jesus states: "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." This is, of course, exactly what was written concerning Him, the Messiah, in the 53 chapter of Isaiah, which ends: "Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors."

1John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for [the sins of] the whole world.

Yes, but it will not profit anyone who is not willing to forsake all and follow Him. As Jesus said, 'you must be born again'.

John 3
3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

As long as you don't make the error to think that those who reject Christ are forgiven. If you reject the free gift your on your own.
However the atonement of Christ is good for all sin ever. Even if you are in sin now, repent you will be saved.

Understanding the truth of the inspired word of God hinges on the fact that the scriptures do not contradict each other. It is similar to putting a puzzle together. If you try to squeeze one piece into a place that it does not belong, you will never see the whole pitcher. If you think that God wants all mankind to go to heaven, and you understand from the scriptures that all mankind will not go to heaven. How do you harmonize that fact with Dan 4:35? And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? Romans 9:21, Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump, to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor? Phil 2:13, For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Christ died on the cross to pay for the sins of those that God choose before the foundation of the world and gave to him for the purpose of adopting them as his children. Eph 1:6, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. Christ's sacrifice, on the cross, was a sacrifice made to God, for God's acceptance, and not a sacrifice to man, for man's acceptance.

Yes, Jesus PAID (past tense) the price for the sins of those that he died for. After Jesus's sacrifice, God looks upon those that he died for , as holy and without blame, Eph 1:4. Rom 8:28-30, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are THE CALLED according TO HIS PURPOSE. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the first born among his brethren, Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called; and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

Jesus gave his life for "many" of mankind, which does not mean "all of mankind". Strong's concordance says many can mean "mostly".

Eph 2:5, How can a spiritually dead man accept a spiritual gift when he is dead to the things of the Spirit? 1 Cor 2:14. If it is by God's grace, then it is no more by works.

But you did say "reject" which is the other end of accept.
So.
What I said was that those that reject Christ don't receive salvation. This means nothing more than just what I said.
There are many that know the truth and reject it.

of course He did, and then when He calls us 'out' of s&g, we are awakened to His Holy Love,
and in our gratitude and submission, we begin to learn how to serve and obey His Holy Commands,
we begin to heal/overcome our 'old-man's ways, one day at a time...

The natural man Will always reject anything that is of the Spirit, 1 Cor 2:14, until he has been born again with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, Eph 2, and then he is able to accept spiritual things. The person that has been regenerated starts out his spiritual life as a new born babe in Christ and will not accept some spiritual things until he grows in knowledge to be weaned from the milk of the word and is able to digest the meat of the word.

Yes HE was the only one that could fulfill the law perfectly, the law was added because of transgression and for man to be In right standing with GOD the law would have to be fulfilled by man..JESUS entered Into the world right, as a man and also GOD and HIS sacrifice on the cross for man was accepted by our PERFECT father In heaven who loves righteousness.

I cannot affirm this because not everyone will make it into heaven or not be blotted out of the book or life.

The only begotten Son became a passover lamb and did the will of the Father bringing forth the fullness of grace for those that overcome the world and endure until the end.
