Sounds like he was a little tipsy when making the video, tilting the telescope for light to come through the telescope that is so bogus not even funny.
It was causing my scalp to itch just a bit also.

Your limited capacity with the English language is hindering your understanding of Scripture. These are similes; the number of believers is being compared to the number of stars or grains of sand. The believers themselves are not compared with stars.

The stars do not represent anything here.
At least when a person literalizes the signified language of parable. That limit?

They represent the many believers as resprentittive glories Children of light as many as grains of sand. Innumerable . Don't hide in under a Bussell Basket let it shine.

Nowhere in Scripture is it stated that the number 12 represents the authority of God as a whole. Any such representations are therefore not doctrinal but rather speculative.
What does 12 represent ?Have you compared the unseen spiritual understanding to the same . . or faith the unseen, to faith. . it is used 164 times. I can get you started.

What do the stars represent in the crown of the bride of Christ. Revelation 12?? You said not persons at first.

12 tribes out of 13 used to represent gates , Apostles 12 out of 13 as foundation walls . A remnant of all the apostles 27 listed.

Genesis 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.

Not thirteen 12.

Exodus 39:14And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.

Leviticus 24:5And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake.

Numbers 1:44These are those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.

Numbers 7:3And they brought their offering before the Lord, six covered wagons, and twelve oxen; a wagon for two of the princes, and for each one an ox: and they brought them before the tabernacle. Not thirteen 12.

Numbers 7:84This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve chargers of silver, twelve silver bowls, twelve spoons of gold:

Not thirteen 12.

Numbers 7:86The golden spoons were twelve, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary: all the gold of the spoons was an hundred and twenty shekels.

Numbers 7:87All the oxen for the burnt offering were twelve bullocks, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year twelve, with their meat offering: and the kids of the goats for sin offering twelve.

Numbers 17:2Speak unto the children of Israel, and take of every one of them a rod according to the house of their fathers, of all their princes according to the house of their fathers twelve rods: write thou every man's name upon his rod.

Numbers 17:6And Moses spake unto the children of Israel, and every one of their princes gave him a rod apiece, for each prince one, according to their fathers' houses, even twelve rods: and the rod of Aaron was among their rods.

Numbers 29:17And on the second day ye shall offer twelve young bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:

Numbers 31:5 So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.

Numbers 33:9And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.

Not thirteen 12.

The light is modified or changed by the firmament or atmosphere. This is refraction. Mainly we are interested in the green house effect of the atmosphere. There is a reason why we put a camera on the Hubble outside of the firmament.
Did you know there’s a new tele that will be able to see through the dust of deep space thus better imagery’s and farther sight/details.

Thank you so much for this stuff!

Psalm 19:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Even though this stuff may has been passed through light filters, etc..., it is still all "out there". Our own eyes are filters themselves, and how much more glorious shall be our beholding when we see through our glorified eyes! They shall surely view a broader spectrum. Lucid clarity to the point of perfection. Infinitely more vantage points of observation.

Reality is so much more grand than any fictitious fantasy imagination of man could ever conjure.

Your welcome my friend, where I live I don’t see as many stars anymore the area has grown 10 fold and city lights have blocked most of the view but wow there’s so much to see even with the naked eye, space clouds nebulas other suns and planets. If I’m not mistaken Mars is real close every 75 yrs or so last was about 20 yrs ago I think but it can be seen without a telescope.

Webb infrared telescope is one but there’s another I think as well, I’ve read about them a while ago.

I think it’s the Webb that will be placed well beyond earth range beyond the moon I think

This reminds me of a children's song that was rewritten by a scientist (true story).
Twinkle, twinkle little star
Now I know just what you are
An incandescent ball of gas
Condensed into a solid mass
Twinkle, twinkle little star
Now I know just what you are
There are several balls of gas floating around in here.

Are you sure that observation of other planets rotating about their own axis can be relative?
Got a point

Venus spins backwards relative to all other planets.

Photonic radiation doesn't need a medium to travel. Get yourself a vacuum chamber and shine a flashlight at it, if you need to prove it to yourself ;)
What you are not realising is that the vacuum chamber stills contains aether.

Light is both a particle and a wave. It speaks of the duality of our own nature, being both physical and non physical.
I disagree that light is a particle and a wave. Why should light waves behave any differently to all other waves? This is a case of trying to have one's cake, and eat it too. It just doesn't make sense.

Gravity and electromagnetic force don't need a medium of transmission any more than any part of the EM spectrum does.
Gravity and electromagnetic force, I would argue, are not waves.

My friend, you are working from 500 year old physics. Much has been learned since then.
Tesla only died in the 1940s, and he believed that aether existed. He also believed that Einstein was not much of a scientist. The last 8 or so decades and exploration of theoretical "sciences" have done very little for real science.

well, you're going to have to explain a whole lot of well established things like the double slit experiment and the photoelectric effect.

I agree about the stars in verse 16 And I think the lights in firmament are different than the greater and lesser light, and I think the lesser light is something else than the moon. there is no doubt the moon reflects the sun light to the earth, the moon has phases where sunlight isn’t directly shining on the surface thus is why we see phases the moon is a rocky planet it has no ability the give off lights on its own. but the core does if the surface was stripped away it would give off light like a small red dwarf sun.
Sunlight is always shining on the moon, it just does not always reflect back to earth depending on the moon's position :)

it's significant that the lesser light reflects what originates with the greater light. as i recently put in another thread, one of the typologies present in the sun/moon system is that this is an OT picture of the two advents of Christ - the yoms of Genesis 1 begin with evening and end with morning; He comes first 'reflecting' the light of the Father, because He came as a man, doing nothing on His own but only the will of the Father; when He comes a second time, He will appear in His glory which He had set aside in the first advent - even as He revealed Himself on the mount of transfiguration, shining like the sun. in His second advent He will destroy the wicked 'with the brightness of His coming' ((2 Thess. 2:8))

Yes ma’am, and the sun shines on everything in our solar system, :)

What’s interesting also is everyone on earth sees the same phases of the moon but people in the Northern Hemisphere see a different orientation of it than the Southern Hemisphere

Also, the same side of the moon is always facing us, although something called lunar libration allows for more than 50% of the moon's surface to be visible to us over time (59%). Another interesting thing: Passover always happens on a full moon, so the argument that non-believers may put forth regarding the sky darkening for 3 hours at the time of Jesus' crucifixion being due to a solar eclipse is actually a cosmological impossibility :D
