I love SPICY foods. If I have a cold, I want set-your-mouth-on-fire-chili or curry in some form. I'm not a big eater, so when I do eat, I want something that's gonna make my tastebuds sit up and pay attention. Seems like most restaurant foods are pretty bland, even some of the ethic places, so to be honest I would much rather cook it myself than eat out. But I suppose some folks don't have cast iron stomachs like mine. :)
Heck yes! I love buffalo wings, and jerked food :D

Sounds pretty Texan. We had contests to see who could fit the most silver spoons in our mouth when I was a kid.
Ann Richards had silver spoon mouthstuffing outlawed in Texas after Bush was elected ;)

First and foremost, I agree with Jullianna on the spicy food. Life is too short to go through it without sweating profusely due to my Habanero Chili.

Second, as I have written elsewhere, you can't go wrong with a good nacho. It's always in the running wherever I go...(should I get the nacho or the whatever else? Nacho!)

Third, best pseudo-fast food burger is Fat Mo's in Tennessee. If you're feeling a big peckish, try the Super Deluxe. 27 ounces of hand-patted triple-patty beef, mustard, mayo, ketchup, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grilled onions, bacon, b-b-q sauce, grilled mushrooms, and jalepenos.

I once ate one with fries. Once. I knew a guy who ate two, but he left some of the fries. Quitter.

Now THAT is a burger! I know, to others it is death on a bun, but to a burger lover that is a sight for sore eyes.

I am guessing that by law, this restaurant must be located within at least 4 blocks of a hospital or emergency-care clinic, pending any cardiac arrests after attempts at eating such meals...

Instead of "If you like our service, ring the bell" stations within the building, the walls are probably like with defibrillators, and instead of delivery trucks, ambulances are standing by in the parking lot.

All employees must have degrees in CPR, at the very least, as well as how to perform the beginning stages of a coronary bypass...

"Must... finish... last... fry...." (KA-DUNK!!! right on the floor.) Thank goodness a fully-trained medical staff is standing by (that can also make a mean milkshake... while waiting for those emergencies...)

Godfather's Pizza I love that place, but I haven't seen one in so long.

A very close second is Spangle that a hamburger joint down in Kansas I missed their burgers and fries.

I've been a bit traumatized (through knowledge not experience), so I'll eat my meals at home and always remember to clean food before preparing X|

Well, Fat Mo's are located in Middle Tennessee, which means that they're all located within 4 blocks of Waffle Houses, Shoney's, and someplace that serves fried catfish and/or pulled-pork barbeque.

How about Heart Attack Grill? Never been there, but you've gotta admire their...audacity. Under 'diet', if you're over 350 pounds, you eat for free!

...and when Mr Nacho says to avoid Arby's fries due to the greeeese content? Best heed the warning. I get lunch for the guys at work, me and my salad, them and their grease sponges. The greeese will soak through the paper fry holder, and the napkins in the bag, and the bag itself, and into your car seat. Arby's always sits on the floor in my car. Always.
