Yes, I submit to word of God. You don't submit to His word? You submit to your intellect and ability to determine what God has said through the different versions.

The Lord and His word cannot be separated.

I worship the Lord Jesus Christ. I magnify His word.

Psalm 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Psalm 138:2 Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

and Your promise above everything else.

Psalm 138:2 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
2 I will bow down toward Your holy temple
And give thanks to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your [a]truth;

This is the kind of subtle stuff that you're going to find from the newer translations. De-emphasis on the inerrant preserved word of God, the deity of Jesus Christ and emphasis on things that WE need to do instead of what Christ has done for us.

Trying my best to share a truth that God has given to me isn't being arrogant in most people's book. I know the king James bible, symbolism and foreshadowing, those are my strong points. What am I supposed to do, acquiesce to you and not share what I do know.
Don't assume that others don't understand what you share. Don't even hint at it. Just share what you see, and leave it at that. Don't come anywhere near implying that others are inferior because they don't happen to see what you do.

I don't choose to engage on every point, and I'm under no obligation to do so, nor is anyone else. I don't agree with many of your "insights", but I see little point in bickering over them.

I don't why you can't just come up with an argument against what I said. Prove that Israel isn't a type of the church, prove that Joshua and Caleb didn't have another spirit with them. Tell me how neither of those things don't apply to us today.

My whole point in saying what I said was to point out that the "consensus" in a religious group is always WRONG. The truth and those that follow i,t is ALWAYS a subset of the larger group. And what I mean by that is, the consensus of the church is that God only preserved his word in the contradictory copies of the original-language writings.
I don't hold to that view; I also don't hold to the idea that He only preserved it in the more-numerous copies. There are very good historical reasons why the Byzantine family is larger, but the KJVo crowd is fairly consistent in either ignoring the history or decrying them. Taking a general principle such as "The consensus is always wrong" as objective truth is, frankly, a logical fallacy.

Another bad argument. You have merely deferred your "final authority" to a group of 16th century Anglicans.

Decree, promise, are both from His word. We know His decrees from His word, we know His promises from His word. The newer versions do not attempt to undo God‘s word my friend.

KJV error in Revelation 22:19

The Textus Receptus, on which the KJV rests, reads “the book” of life (ἀπὸ βίβλου, apo biblou) instead of “the tree” of life. When the Dutch humanist Desiderius Erasmus translated the NT he had access to no Greek mss for the last six verses of Revelation. So he translated the Latin Vulgate back into Greek at this point. As a result he created seventeen textual variants which were not in any Greek mss. The most notorious of these is this reading. It is thus decidedly inauthentic, while “the tree” of life, found in the best and virtually all Greek mss, is clearly authentic. The confusion was most likely due to an intra-Latin switch: The form of the word for “tree” in Latin in this passage is ligno; the word for “book” is libro. The two-letter difference accounts for an accidental alteration in some Latin mss; that “book of life” as well as “tree of life” is a common expression in the Apocalypse probably accounts for why this was not noticed by Erasmus or the KJV translators.

I’ve read those vss were taken from a commentary, too.

It's very hard to notice these subtle changes, let me give you a couple of examples of where the Lord Jesus Christ is slowly being turned into an ascended master also known as the "Comic Christ" in New Age circles.

First off Micah 5:2 goes from Christ going forth as the pre-incarnate Christ in the KJV to Christ having an origin in the NIV. Subtle, very subtle and this is a glaring example that most people will deny even says anything different from the KJV. Jesus Christ doesn't have an origin, but the New Age Christ does.

Micah 5:2

  • New International Version
    “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.”

Here's anotherverse where ANOTHER Christ is being changed out for the real Jesus Christ. Here, Jesus Christ is changed from "The Son of God" to a son of the gods. Again, subtlety. Slowly changing the true Christ into the New AGE Christ.... and most Christians have no idea this is happening in the newer versions. And sadly, if you try to warn someone, they usually get offended and say the NIV says the same thing as the KJV but it does not. The newer versions are subtly changing our savior into the New Age messiah.

Daniel 3:25 New International Version (NIV)

25 He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

People will say that Nebuchadnezzar was a pagan and that's how he saw it. Take it however you want, but the NIV makes it sound like the guy in the furnace wasn't Jesus and there are actually people on this forum who don't believe it was Jesus and can't be convinced otherwise because they don't believe the KJV rendering of the verse.... it's just another KJV error.

He has exalted His word above His name. It’s saying the same thing the KJV says, just differently.

What are both the book of life and tree of life metaphors for? I say both metaphorically refer to eternal life. Is there are difference between the book of life and the tree of life?
