I'll give a pass to all who perform healings and miracles in Jesus name and the one who was inspired to write 1 Tim 3 .. Meanwhile how can any unmarried man who has no wife and kids council a family ?

for the most part, I do not think pastors need to do all that counselling and never alone for sure

there are biblical counselors who would do a far better job in many cases

and it should always be at least 2 people who are present

but I agree about a person not being married....it would be like trying to explain how elevators work when you don't even use them

I think the main point is that the RCC erroneously forbid marriage for pastors
