The truth is that anyone whose Faith that isn’t in Christ and Him Crucified alone, then their Faith cannot be in the Word of God; they can only quote it and memorize it. You cannot trust in Gods Word unless we are trusting through the Blood of Jesus.It is all there for anyone to appropriate. The how, why, what, and when.
We must have our Faith anchored in the Work of Christ at Calvary. If that is not where our Faith is, it doesn't matter what we say what we believe or as you said, “trusting the Lord at His Word.”Trusting the Lord at his word is hardly a religion my friend.![]()
