Jesus is the Word of God.
Did you read the difference I wrote to you about the Word of God, and the word of God? You admitted you don’t read everything so I thought I would ask.

Only scripture speaks. It says what you hear is not God speaking.
Really? Which verse is that?

There are statements in Scripture that make it clear that God speaks outside of Scripture. What were the prophecies spoken by Philip's daughters? How was Agabus known to be a prophet? It's really simple: God will not contravene His written word, but there is nothing in Scripture that says He will not speak at all aside from it.

I have heard God speak... very clearly, though not audibly, and I am absolutely certain that it was God. I suggest you read Loren Cunningham's book, Is That Really You, God?

But he speaks only through scripture. Paul says it thoroughly furnishes us. People imagine God is speaking to them and end up in all kinds of difficulties. Even when tongues and prophecy were in the church before the scriptures were complete, Paul said they only gave partial knowledge. So it's important to take the sword of the Spirit that is the Word of God.
No, HE doesn´t...HE speaks...period...and HE will point you to the scriptures...for HIS VOICE/SPIRIT does not contradict HIS (written) WORD and HIS (written) WORD does not contradict HIS VOICE./SPIRIT

We know the written word documented and proven. It produces faith in those who understand it. And Paul says it thoroughly furnishes us. This leaves no room for vibes and hallucinations to take on meaning.

The Israelis heard God speak and would rather die than hear it again at Sinai.

I have much to tell you, but you can not bear it now...but when HE comes, the SPIRIT of TRUTH, HE will lead you to all truth...HE will not speak of HIMSELF but what HE hears, and HE shall glorify ME.

You can´t understand it unless THE SPIRIT is teaching you. And one can not be baptized until and unless they believe THE GOSPEL

Yes, and what was the prophecy spoken after that point, sir...
You will find it in Deuteronomy 18

But you don't question if you have been misled or not?

The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

16 According to all that thou desiredst of the Lord thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

17 And the Lord said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.

18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

For the purpose of leading ALL TO CHRIST, sir

The TESTIMONY of JESUS, hidden throughout the WORD of GOD, from OT to Revelation, IS....THE SPIRIT of PROPHECY...

Not at all, sir...I knew nothing...I could NOT understand where CHRIST fit in my relationship with GOD, until THE SPIRIT came upon me, in the quiet of my house, on maternity leave, sir...no one was with me, to teach me...and I didn´t go to anyone to be taught.

I heard HIS VOICE...and I heard the GOSPEL...and it was a knee buckling, heart rendering revelation of the TRUTH that CHRIST died for my sins....I felt THAT conversion like an old worn coat being taken off...and such peace...I knew my sins were forgiven...and HE put in me this yearning to read THE WORD...and that is what I did...

But I heard HIS VOICE and felt HIS PRESENCE...I knew who I was learning from...and it wasn´t from a man...

Dave,
Please read Isaiah 8...please understand that a time will come when many will want to hear anything and there is truly only ONE TESTIMONY...

Where does scripture support this other than with Apostle Paul? What makes you think it was the gospel?
