The secret is to close the chips with paper while the salt and vinegar soak in with the chips… grrrrr now I am hungry :p

This is how I like my chips. Crispy, large and with chicken salt

Not sure what chicken salt is but it does look tasty on those scrumptious looking fries. I think that I will start calling French fries 'chips'. I don't have any of that chicken salt but perhaps sea salt would be alright to use in a pinch. Those chips do indeed look large and crisp. Probably could skip the ketchup. :)

It's salt with chicken flavouring plus onion and garlic flavouring and probably a whole lot of bad stuff that we will just ignore :oops:
