Hello
@Chipster. Concerning the subject of "judgment/condemnation", and in particular, the lack thereof for Christians and why, here is a VERY interesting verse to spend some time considering (take special note of the verb tenses as they are pretty important too).
The amount of information that the Lord has packed into this single verse is simply astounding (IMHO anyway)
Here it is.
John 5
24 Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, ~has~ eternal life, and does not come into judgment [or condemnation], but has passed out of death into life.
This is one of the principle verses telling us that we are "saved" & have come into possession of "eternal life", from the moment that we first believe/come to saving faith in Christ. If you'd like to discuss this verse further, just let me know and we will do so (Dv).
God bless you!
~Deut
John 3
18 He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
