How should Christians respond to mask mandates?

that seems to be the serious question around my area lately. School year is starting virtual...... just what will the parents who use before/after school services do?
Doesn't affect us much since I'm stay at home mama bear.......
I do think though that if this continues to long more and more families will turn to homeschooling......

Yes but they see it as half the taxpayers are the working moms and if they all stay home and do that then they wont need the fast food or baby sitters anymore. So they'll try their best to get the schools back going at all cost to so that they can get everyone back to work to double their taxes.

Yep it's easy to forget to take into mind those who are single and going through all this, they have no choice other than schools as babysitters.

When the government comes saying that they want to keep you safe and secure that is code for they want to kill you. That was from the movie 'Knight and Day'. I believe that it contains an element of truth. Any help that the government choses to provide or forces upon you often comes at a high cost. In regards to Covid-19 the cost is unsustainable debt that will wreck havoc on the economy, destroy family units and further erode any freedoms that we now enjoy and take for granted.

Yes, it is related to the SARS virus. It is the thinking humans exploiting that and who do care about our political beliefs, religion, and appear to be in a conspiracy of facts.
For instance, fact. People, I know two now, are being contacted via SMS to let them know they tested positive for Covid 19 when they did not get tested for Covid 19.
Fact, a Doctor, who is also a Senator, exposed the seven page directive HHS sent him and all physicians in the U.S.. This document in short, instructed practicing physicians who would already know this information, in how to fill out death certificates during this crisis. All deaths to be attributed to Covid 19.
A man who died in a motorcycle accident made news in that the cause of his death was attributed to Covid 19. A suicide made news too. The surviving family received the death certificate that attributed the death to Covid 19. In other words, Covid made them do it?

Yes, appears to be an on going conspiracy to mislead the public about Covid 19. After all, if Covid 19 is in and of itself spreading like we're led to believe, and is as lethal as the death toll numbers lead us to believe, why lie? About numbered positive tests and deaths due to Covid 19?

There is an old saying that I know is true because I use to know a pathological liar. He's in his 60's now and of course hasn't changed a bit. Working on his soon to be 3rd ex-wife.

And don't forget the other "ban" for CA churches. NO SINGING! Oh, and Newsom many days ago banned private, PRIVATE, home Bible studies!Where people come to others homes to study scripture!

I think we'll see the real showdown between that of faith and resolve to government edict, when the vaccine arrives. If it is mandated that's when we'll have to make a choice. Of course the vaccine is not going to protect us from the virus as we know, but the reason it will be mandated, if it comes to that, should be questioned at the very least.
People now though have the capacity to research the dangers of a vaccine, and the potential for tracking chips, and anything else a lab wishes to put into the serum. Remember years ago when people were dying from the flu vaccine they'd received? Turns out what they thought was a simple flu shot had other serum's in it that they were unaware of. Put there so that the serum wouldn't expire unused.

Scare people, tell them their life is at risk if they don't obey the latest rules, and people will fall in line. I think it is an ages old tactic to control the masses.

So what... I agree... I was never a fan of the modern architecture and much preferred the Victorian style. It did grow on me only cos i i worked on many of them i think. City life has its perks but it's created by man and the evil one is around every turn.
Id rather live in the bush away from the madness, far from the noise and the darkness, near a small town with a small church.

A friend and I went on a snow trip to Queenstown and Wanaka when we were younger. It was an unforgettable trip

I hate wearing a mask. But when it is mandated to be worn in a store or public place I will wear it.

BUT - when it comes to wearing a mask in church or when I gather with my Christian family, I will not wear a mask. It covers identity, hinders communication, and I believe is a cultic practice. So far my state has exempted churches. But if that changes, if need be, I will underground with church and meet in secret if necessary. Our country is soon coming to that I fear! Already in California, singing is banned in church gatherings! . . .
