people hold things back from God I think is the point one man says “ I keep the Ten Commandments I’m sinless and approved”
to them Jesus says “ do you serve money and possessions or do you love that poor brother enough to help him in his needs” “ do you have any grudges against others ? “ “ do you love your enemies and turn the other cheek to insults ?”
what I got from this post is Christ shines a bright light on a believer and as we see the trash inside the room now that there is light to see , we can’t keep hold of the mess inside
Clinging to money , pride , lust , unforgiveness, greed and material possessions , clinging to debauchery , to judgements atritudes towards others , hate , anger ect those things go well beyond ten “ you must not do this “ rules . Christ demands the inner most parts of us , scripture gives revelation if we listen

Spiritual reality is definitely true, while all we see are blinders.
When people spout facts to me as truth or science or any rendition of what is falsely called knowledge, I always feel obliged to say if it is not true eternally it is not truth.
We tolerate the facts of this age knowing all will pass in the fire next time leaving the eternal. I believe, and we all shall see, soon enough. Maranatha, amen.

yes amen that’s what happened the world was filled with the knowledge of good and evil through mankind’s dominion .
That competing knowledge in the world manifest sin many forms of lies and darkness , sin and all kinds of unthinkable wickedness but the enemy is not buligerent and obvious he’s crafty he always has a persuasive sounding idea , always a circular logical approach but always his direction and conclusions are opposed to what God has clearly said is true then now and also what is coming in the future .
The fight of faith is to cling to the knowledge of Christ and part from the knowledge of evil . But evil has many tempting and cleverly designed forms in the world
it even echoes in the church
