That's doubly a fallacy: a circular argument and an argument from silence.
Its only seems like a circular argument. Because your just bringing up the same arguments as if they haven't been addressed.

Wrong. You have to find a way to extricate the commandment regarding the Sabbath from the Law of Moses before your argument would have any merit. Good luck with that.
I don't the creation story shows it was.

like you do not want to address Psalm 147, or any other Scripture that clearly states God gave His Laws and Commands to Israel only??
