Is Acts 3 to Jews and Proselytes only ?

This was about the messengers that reported the release of the Israelites from Babylonian captivity by the decree of Cyrus, but Paul says it is also about the Gospel to the gentiles. So if Paul takes what was written to the Jews and applies it to Gentiles so can you.

They did not understand in Isaiah's day how it would be fulfilled but it was still prophecy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Paul taught to both Jews and Gentiles the same Gospel.
20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house,
21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

He is not saying Greek Jews in this context and if you think that he is then I can only suggest that you google it. There are plenty of free resources to help you figure out that he means gentiles in this context. I will assume that you will agree that in the context of Acts 20:21 he means gentiles. Saying Jews or Greeks is another way of saying Jews or Gentiles, since he was evangelizing in Greek towns. It would be like saying Jews and Polynesians if he was in those countries. But we would interpret it as Jews and Gentiles and be on the same page as to what Paul was communicating.

I notice by that comment , your appeal to authority. The worst place to learn the bible is bible college , good grief man , This is amazing because we are faced with absolute clear evidence that Peter and the apostles did not know the message was for gentiles until Acts 11 and because of ' denominational persuasions we ignore the plain reading of the narrative ? Paul uses the same phrases but not the same content. This happens all over the new testament. This is not the same point and has nothing to do with Peter's message in Acts 2

So can someone be saved TODAY apart from believing the death, burial and resurrection? You cannot say those before the cross that died believed in the death , burial and resurrection ( 1 cor 15 .1-4) before it even happened to have faith . Yes its always been by faith throughout . But try saying today a person can be saved without Faith in 1 cor 15 ,1-4 and not be called a heretic.

I don't think we should share Acts 2 as the Gospel to anyone today. All the understanding of the Gospel we share today is in Paul's letters. I can relate to what you are saying here and do not object. But the three points you named as revelations of the Body of Christ have little to do with the mystic Body of Christ.

1. The Rapture is first experienced by a Gentile - Enoch, next by a Jew - Elijah, and then by Jesus and Philip. It may be connected to the Body by our Rapture, but that is an escape from a time of trial, not because we are the Body of Christ
2. The Jews and Gentiles are only equal when they are created a New Man. Their blessings are different, one has Covenants while the other has none, one is judged by Law the other by conscience. But maybe you meant Jews and Gentiles are equal when they call upon the Lord Jesus (Rom.10:12).
3. It was Peter who wrote, in 2nd Peter 1:3-11, the whole process of having Christ and His virtues added to men for entrance into the Kingdom

The Church, the mystic Body of Christ, is revealed in John's gospel, Peter would have been privy to the teaching that John later expounded.

I.d preach 1 cor 15.1-4 every time regardless, because that is the Gospel we should preach today. Rom 1.16

The devout Jew or the Roman solider can only be saved by believing 1cor 1.15 .1-4 today .In the same way those that were saved prior to the coming of Jesus could ONLY be saved by that specific way .

You are demanding that one is not saved until they understand an entire Sunday School Lesson on The purpose of the cross, not so. Faith in Christ can be progressive for an individual today just as you see it laid out in the Gospels.

A 'mistake' was made with my paperwork and I was held there for about 18 days. I was miserable and praying to get out of jail at the beginning but then as the days went buy I started praying that God would change who I was and the bad personality that I had become.

I first saw the words "Jesus Saves" written on the wall of this restricted confinement cell. When I saw it, it appealed to my hungry sould and I prayed that Jesus would save me. I did not know what the artist who wrote it on the wall had in mind and I did not know exactly what it meant. I wanted him to change me. Then I asked him to help me quit lying. I suddenly was overwhelmed with the knowledge of my sins. I had just lied that very day to a couple of inmates about some meaningless story I made up, to impress them I suppose. I started telling God I will not lie anymore. (Repentance) But not only did I recognize I had to quit right then but that I also needed to tell those guys that I lied too that day that it was just a lie story I made up. I was embarrassed but I was so convicted about lying that I knew I would have no rest until I confessed. Only then did I feel like God forgave me and then I wondered why I cared so much. Going into Chapter 2, our Lord calls the Temple, the House of God, but alludes to the fact that when His BODY was raised it would be the House of God. In John Chapter 14 our Lord teaches us that in the Father's House - the House of God, are many "ABODES" (lit. Gk.). He tells the disciples that He must go away to prepare these ABODES. He then tells them that they are not to be concerned because He would return and that when He returned, they would then BE IN HIM AND HIM IN THEM. Thus, the House of God is made of ABODES containing men. This He fulfills in Chapter 20:22. They receive the Holy Spirit and the House of God, which is the Body of Christ, is made.
