Pretty straightforward question. Yet why do we enjoy it so much, when we do something that is completely contrary to God's will?
And how do we deal with this temptation?

because sin appeals to the fresh which does bring pleasure. however, the rest of the verse says only for a season. Every time you sinned if you were to be electrocuted you would not do it. IF you saw or knew what the end result of the sin that too may cause one not to do it. Sin is also deceit and lie. Proverbs says a young man walks into the harlot's house and doesn't know he about to lose his life.

Well, it may be enjoyable for the time but once over or once caught it is no fun. The shame and guilt on a spiritual level or the pain, sorrow, and tears of the consequences that follow in the physical realm can be a broken relationship, a broken marriage, disease, distrust, unlikable, prison, addiction, or death.

Our minds and our bodies have been corrupted. Our five senses tell us what is pleasurable and what is not.
The brain seeks self gratification when our senses detect something pleasurable. It then reasons by thought to submit to the pleasure it's detected. We are not sinners by choice but have become sinners by a choice made by our first parents.
There is no good thing in us. That's why we need a savior.
Paul talks about renewing the mind to the mind of Christ Jesus. Scriptures also say the the heart of man is continually wicked.
Between the heart and mind of a person being corrupted which is the total essence of the flesh the remedy for this is to be born again.
Sin doesn't make us sinners....we are sinners because we sin.

SELF IS OUR BIGEST enemy,
6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Satan uses the desire of our flesh, to try to get us to sin against GOD AND HIS LAWS, FOR THERE IS NO SIN WITH OUT GOD'S LAWS.

Many people sin because they want to be their own gods. I think it has more to do with power (not wanting to submit) than pleasure.

I agree with all but the highlighted. We are both sinners by choice and because of the fact that we were born with a sin nature. Regardless of our nature, we have a choice. We are not forced to sin; we choose to sin. In some cases, we sin out of ignorance, but in others we choose to sin. That is on us.

Good question.
In a few words sin is ignoring the teaching from above, spiritual, and pandering to the whims of the flesh only, material.

Because we still have the "old man" in us, which Paul described as the flesh.

We will only be redeemed from that at the rapture.

No such thing as a pre-trib rapture found in the Holy scripture, the truth

At the end of those days. I believe this is referring to the end of this age with the return of our Savior, the Great Tribulation is at the end of those days, they terminate them.

No such thing as the end of this age, it's going to be the end of this world at the revealing of Jesus Christ in fire and Final judgement

There won't be a future Millennial Kingdom upon this earth at the return of Jesus Christ, it will be dissolved by fire, (Gone)

(Destroyed Them All)

Luke 17:29-30KJV
29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Malachi 3:2KJV
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:

2 Peter 3:10-11KJV
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

If you insist, it can also be the 2nd coming of Christ.
It not what I insist, it what scripture teaches, there wont be a future pre-trib rapture, the truth In Love.
