Wikipedia: Blue laws, also known as Sunday laws, are laws designed to restrict or ban some or all Sunday activities for religious or secular reasons, particularly to promote the observance of a day of worship or rest. Blue laws may also restrict shopping or ban sale of certain items on specific days, most often on Sundays in the western world. Blue laws are enforced in parts of the United States and Canada as well as some European countries, particularly in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Norway, keeping most stores closed on Sundays.

The very first known law regarding prohibition of Sunday labor for religious reasons was in 321 AD, by Emperor Constantine.[5]

On the venerable Day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed.

The Catholic church changed the had observance of the Sabbath to Sunday... The Protestants claiming the Bible to be the only guide of faith, has no warrant for observing Sunday. in this matter the Seventh Day Adventist is the only consistent Protestant.

I agree, (Sun)day observance is directly tied to Roman Emperor Constantine and his newly formed (State Church) in Vatican City, Roman Catholicism, he donated the land, and built St Peter's Basilica

Constantine started blue laws in 321AD, and it continues to this day

Actually the Lord's Day (the first day of the week) was already the day for Christian worship while the apostles were still alive. This is one of the times when the Catholic Church has followed Scripture.

The Church was established on the Sabbath, not Sunday as you claim.

Acts 13:42-44KJV

42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.
43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.
44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.

Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday and not on the Sabbath. Matthew 28:1 - Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. The Church was established on Pentecost, which is on Sunday (Acts 2:1) The disciples met together on resurrection Sunday (Jn. 20:19) then on Sunday a week later. (20:26) The early Christians worshiped on Sunday. (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:2)

Now in regards to Acts 13:42-44 (which SDA's often cite in an effort to make your same argument) Paul's work here was evangelism. Notice that these were "unbelievers" in Christ before Paul preached to them. Yes they believed in the Jewish system, but the Bible says in Acts 14:1, that they BECAME believers proving Paul's work there was evangelism and not sabbath worship.

The Greeks were Jewish converts to Judaism known as proselytes. They practiced the law of Moses and kept the sabbath. The only Greeks that were in the synagogue would be these proselytes. These Greeks were certainly not Christians. Acts 13:43 "Now when the meeting of the synagogue had broken up, many of the Jews and of the God-fearing proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, were urging them to continue in the grace of God."

Acts 14:1 - "In Iconium they entered the synagogue of the Jews together, and spoke in such a manner that a large number of people believed, both of Jews and of Greeks."

Acts 17:4 - "And some of them were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, along with a large number of the God-fearing Greeks and a number of the leading women.

Acts 18:4 - "And he was reasoning in the synagogue every Sabbath and trying to persuade Jews and Greeks."

So Paul did not preach the word of God to these Jews and proselytes? So they followed Paul and Barnabas, but were never preached to? When they spoke in such a manner in the synagogue that a large number of people believed (both Jews and Greeks) no preaching there either? The word of God was not being proclaimed which led this large number of people to believe? Neither Paul or Barnabas shared the gospel with them? So reasoning in the synagogue tying to persuade Jews and Greeks has absolutely nothing to do with preaching? How do you define preaching and why is it so important for you to believe no preaching was done? Whether you call it preaching, proclaiming the word of God, sharing the gospel etc.. the mission of Paul and Barnabas here was evangelism and not sabbath worship.

You won't have to wait long. In Acts 2:1-41, we see Peter preaching on the day of Pentecost, which is Sunday. We also see that about 3,000 souls were saved that day.

The Church was established on the Sabbath, not Sunday as you claim.
Scripture please. Jesus Christ rose from the dead on Sunday, not on the Sabbath. Mark 16:9 - When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons.

These Jews and proselytes met in the synagogue on Saturday (they were still following the law of Moses) and needed to be preached to and wanted to hear more preaching from them. This was about evangelism for Jews and proselytes and not an established ongoing weekly church service for Christians.

No place in scripture do I find that (Pentecost) was on the first day Sunday, please post the scripture supporting your claim.

Jesus being raised on the first day has absolutely no relevance to the Sabbath and its observance.

The preaching of the word and continued service to repeated meetings for this preaching was established on the Sabbath, the whole city was involved, that would include gentiles.

Correct, and anti papist such as the reformers continued on Sunday. They weren't secretly supporting the Pope who out to kill them.
This is why it is important for people to learn church history. None of the reformers moved worship services to Saturday. And the reason is found in the scriptures.
The day of pentecost is also known as the feast of weeks and according to scripture it is on the day after the Sabbath.

Do you know how to count days? The instructions in Leviticus 23 show that the count to Pentecost, or the Feast of Firstfruits, begins with the Wave Sheaf Day. On this day, the wave sheaf was reaped and offered to God as the first of the firstfruits, marking the beginning of the spring barley harvest. Deuteronomy 16 confirms that the beginning of the harvest was also the beginning of the seven-week count to Pentecost: “You shall count seven weeks to yourselves. Begin to count the seven weeks from the time you first began to put the sickle to the grain. And you shall keep the Feast of Weeks to the LORD your God...” (Deuteronomy 16:9-10). The Wave Sheaf Day is clearly defined in Leviticus 23 as “the day after the Sabbath,” showing that it is always the first day of the week. Sunday.

Jesus being raised on the first day has absolutely no relevance to the Sabbath and its observance.
So at least you admit that Jesus was raised on the first day of the week and not on the Sabbath. Very good!

The ongoing pattern for Christians to meet and worship is not on Saturday in a synagogue. Christians are not Jews under the law or proselytes who met in synagogues every week. Christians met on Sunday. The day Jesus was raised. John 20:19. The very next Sunday. John 20:26. On the day of Pentecost Acts 2:1. Sunday. To partake of the Lord's supper or communion Acts 20:7. To give money 1 Corinthians 16:1,2.

The observance of the Feast of Weeks or Pentecost is recorded in the Old Testament in Exodus 34:22, Leviticus 23:15-22, Deuteronomy 16:16,
The feast days were 7 days long, all days were considered Sabbath days

Not one word below establishes Sunday observance.

Exodus 34:21-22KJV
21 Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest.
22 And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.

Leviticus 23:15-16KJV
15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the Lord.

Deuteronomy 16:13-16KJV
13 Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:
14 And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.
15 Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the Lord thy God in the place which the Lord shall choose: because the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.
16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the Lord empty:

I disagree, the outer court of the temple was for all, Jew and Gentile, the church was established by preaching from Sabbath to Sabbath.

Anabaptist and Puritans maintained baggage from Rome

Sunday Worship, Easter, Christmas, are all of Roman Catholic Origin, without biblical instruction for observance.

The western world follows the Roman gregorian calendar, January 1st in dedication to the Roman God (Janus) New Years Day

Easter, Fertiluty Rites, Vernal Equinox

Christmas Time, Winter Solstice The rebirth of the Sun God

Sunday, in dedication to the God of the Sun, Saturn, Ra, etc

(Pagan Origins)
