Solomon was not the first man that fell over A woman David the king fell to, But the things that he said are OF GOD, And Solomon to, YESUAH SAYS THE SCRIPTURE CAN NOT BE BROKEN, ARE YOU calling YESUAH A liar, But it don't matter anyway, Solomon IS RIGHT AND you ARE very WRONG, AND GOD GIVE HIM KNOWLEDGE WAY MORE THEN YOU HEVE, I PRAISE GOD FOR GOD'S WORD, FOR IT's ALWAYS RIGHT, And learning that the BIBLE is ALWAYS RIGHT, HAS HELP ME LEARN VERY GOOD BLESSING OF THE THINGS THAT GOD HAS SHOWED ME IN HIS WORD , AND Hallelujah to YESUAH, SINCERELY William
Are you yelling at me?

Psalm 115:17
The dead cannot sing praises to the LORD, for they have gone into the silence of the grave.

From the perspective of hearing the Praises of God in the land of the Living the dead certainly are not the ones who can do this. David is encouraging his living readers to Praise God.

17The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.

18But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD

He is not trying to say what happens in the afterlife, because he does not know. He only knows that dead bodies just lie there and are silent in the grave. It is up to us to PRAISE the Lord. So get to Praising.

Hezekiah was about to die, he prayed and God gave him 15 more years. He writes a song and says the same thing that David said..

17Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.

18For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth.

19The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth.

20The LORD was ready to save me: therefore we will sing my songs to the stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD.

Hezekiah was glad that he could Praise God with a tongue, and lungs and a mouth because dead bodies in the grave can't do that.

Nothing more is intended than to say it is up to us to Praise God while we are LIVING. Do you hear any praises coming from the cemetary?

Now when we read Revelation we see saints in heaven praising God so it is there we have the Scriptures that prove that there are saints in heaven praising God before the resurrection.

I am sure you will understand in time. Just keep reading the bible and stay away from the cult teachers.

The word is "does", not "dose". "Dose" is a prescribed amount of medication. Thus is your daily dose of correct English. Persisting in error does not serve you well. :)
"Does" this make you a better person to put someone else down?

I do not believe that they are in Heaven myself ,Neither do I believe that the BIBLE teaches , that they are in Heaven ,
are you looking at the New Testament ?

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
‭‭John‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

in the Old Testament they were to sleep and wait until an appointed time .

So for instance Moses

“And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:16‬ ‭

They were bound to thier flesh , but something extremely different is happening in the New Testament the promises God made

“And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27:52-53‬ ‭

the saints went to sleep at death and waited for the promise of God to redeem them from the grave . Do when Jesus the resurrection and life Came things changed

like this man who believes

“And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭23:43‬ ‭KJV‬‬

so you have those in this world who accept the gospel

“And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:47‬ ‭

and those who accept the true gospel which is about repentance and remission of sins in Christ’s blood Those folks go here

“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭7:9-10, 13-17‬ ‭

When it says they have washed thier robes and made them clean in Christ’s blood , that’s what the gospel is all about. It’s about repentance and remission of sins in his blood

“For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭26:28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the gospel was sent to all nations and people who will believe those folks in revelation in heaven before the throne are believing Christians being gathered as time goes on .

the tribulation which we need to overcome is our life in this world and repenting and believing the gospel pertaining to remission of sins is how one washes thier robe and makes them white in his blood

Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

The spirit returns to God after a person dies regardless of whether the person was saved or not so the spirit is not part of anybody in the afterlife.

The soul will live on forever.
brother you seem an understanding soul

did you notice that no one is mentioning the difference Jesus Christ made ? Some here are talking about the dead and what happens to them , but scripture says some have already passed back from death into life

“For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:21, 24‬ ‭

there’s a tremendous difference in the nt and of the difference of life and death

this changed what happens after death

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
‭‭John‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the whole world is under bondage of death but salvation has been declared

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭2:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

"Does" this make you a better person to put someone else down?
In what way did I put anyone down? None that I can see. I merely pointed out the correct word and used both correctly in a sentence.

Why do you associate corrective instruction with put-downs?

If you study study the SCRIPTURE , YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT JESUS DID NOT GO TO paradise, when he WAS In the GRAVE, And there ARE SEVERUAL SCRIPTURE, THAT LET US KNOW THAT HE DIN'T GO TO paradise, UNTILL AFTER HE ROSE FROM THE GRAVE, YOU are putting the comma in the wrong place, The SCRIPTURES Didn't have the comma inthem, and they put it in the Wrong place.

what are those several scriptures ? And so is that a misprint ? Jesus said it not me he said “ today you will be with me in paradise “ I’m a believer in him .

“And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭23:46‬ ‭

Because like all men do when we die our flesh dies and fits into the earth as it was and our spirit returns to God .

“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:

and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭12:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the reason we go to him is for judgement for what we’ve done while we lived in our body

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:10-11‬ ‭

It’s important to know mankind is a living spirit inside a body that has no life of its own. Flesh and spirit ,

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭9:27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

our spirit is what will be judged because our flesh is already dead. We all have to die and then stand before the lords judgement seat . We don’t do that in our flesh but after we die we are judged for what we did while we lived in the flesh

This means that HE died, Just like
Genesis 25:8 Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age.
Genesis 25:17 And these [are] the years of the life of Ishmael, an hundred and thirty and seven years: and he gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto his people.

Jesus told MARY touch me NOT for I have not Ascended to MY farther

JOHN 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God.
If you believe JESUS, you can see that he said that he had not Ascended to my Father.

yes Jesus has not yet been glorified and seated on the throne . That happened after his body was raised Mary encounters him just after he is raised

so he told Mary don’t touch me yet , but a few days later he invited Thomas to touch him .

“Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.”
‭‭John‬ ‭20:27‬ ‭

I’m not sure your scripture there supports anything to do with the thief on the cross who was told that the same day he would be with Jesus in paradise . Not sure you can get around that one .

what do you make of this ? I think he probably believed it

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
‭‭John‬ ‭11:25-26‬ ‭

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

You know those saints in the ot who slept ? Those like David ? They were waiting for the resurrection and the life to come

“And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers,

I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.”
‭‭2 Samuel‬ ‭7:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

in fact all but Enoch and Elijah were told to rest with the fathers until a future time . That time was when the gospel came so those who slept properly in death

“And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27:52-53‬ ‭KJV‬‬

there’s a difference in what happens at death in the ot Gods people went to sleep in thier graves to await the restoration . The evil people went to wait in sheol or what many call hell until the judgement.

it’s different now because Christ overcame death . Now when gods people die they go to be with Jesus , those who are “ baptized into his body “ and had people go to await the judgement.

it’s important to know the spirit is what is alive not the flesh . One thing happens to the body another to the spirit. They each revert to what they were the dust became flesh and reverts to dust , the spirit came from God and returns to God .

Because we are born in the time of the nt we aren’t bound to the grave we again are those folks appearing with Christ in heaven

So peter , Paul n all the true believers who came after are editing in the new Jerusalem

“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭7:9-12, 14‬ ‭

those are Christians awaiting the restoration of earth do see how it is in heaven there ? When earth is restored it will look just like it does there

“Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭7:15-17‬ ‭

that’s in heaven and then earth eill
Be restored in that order upon christs return to earth

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:

for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:1-5‬ ‭

You don’t have to agree with me I’m ok with that bud . Fact is at least in my belief , the guy who died on the cross was here that very same day with Jesus

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”

um yes what’s the point to our discussion about death ? Not sure where your going very true scripture though I agree the example of what happened to Israel who rejected Moses law ,so then how much more will we be judged if we reject the word of Christ ? It’s a perfect example for those “ once saved always saved folks “ if we continue in sin we’re not going to be saved , and can’t stop sinning until we die to the law of sin .

“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,

and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

See that ye refuse not him that speaketh.

For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:22-25‬ ‭

so I do agree the difference is in looking at the mediator of the new covenant , it’s not Moses and his word it’s Christ and his word . But back to the subject of death and the difference now as opposed to then I’m not sure your even reading my responses but if you take time to read this example it might make what I’m saying make more sense

in the Old Testament men’s spirit was bound to thier sinful flesh so when the body died the spirit was bound to the earth here’s proof In the prophet Samuel after death

And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.

Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel. And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul. And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou?

And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle.

And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself. And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered,...

‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭28:8, 11-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Samuel like all those in the ot But Enoch and Elijah were told this , this is where it might make sense let’s look at the example of Moses in the o.t. Just before his death

And the Lord said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers;

and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭31:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And so moses spirit fell asleep when his body died having a promise of rest from God . the New Testament however is not the same look at moses now that the resurrection and life has come to mankind

“And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him.

Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭17:2-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Not only is Moses not asleep he is appearing in glory with Christ and he is discussing the crucifixion with Jesus matters of Gods kingdom .

“And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elijah: Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭9:30-31‬ ‭

brother I don’t want to argue for the sake of arguing so though my post is long I hope you consider the scripture and see that my point is the testaments are different the law governed the Old Testament it held us in our sins . that is what held us bound to our flesh on death

This is why we are Baptized into christs death before ours so we don’t die in our sins believing and don’t have to be a one the dead who are judged in the terrible end

when God sent Jesus everything changed from darkness to light in him while darkness prevails in the world around us for a season , we have his words of promise to believe and find our truth
