Romans 7:12 NKJV - "Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good."

1 Timothy 1:8 NKJV - "But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully . . ."

These things said, David is the Father of Jesus. And considering that the Holy Spirit was with David as was the Spirit with Christ, it would make sense that David is also living by the Laws of the Spirit of Life. David shared in the Divine Nature of Christ, thus he was led and taught by the Spirit of God (even from the womb).

Romans 8:2 NKJV - "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death."

Paul agrees. The psalmist here is referring to those who are God's children.

I think the Psalmist knows that no one can keep the law perfectly, and the only way they can is by the power of God himself:

88 In your steadfast love give me life,
that I may keep the testimonies of your mouth.


When Paul is referring to the law and that it kills he is referring to the unregenerate:

5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. 6 For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. 7 For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; indeed, it cannot. 8 Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. We all know Jesus is God, who took on the body of a human to show us that God gives us eternal life and to establish that. That human was in the line of David.

If you know that HE is GOD, then why would you say HE has a father? And how could King David be HIS father.

The GOD I know, has no beginning and no end.
