Looks like you might be the one who starts your locals to insisting on the green olives! lol
I have a jar of green olives and pimentos here in my home, but it never dawned on me to just put them on a pizza that I order after I bring it home.

I'm going to have to try that the next time that I order a pizza.

I can taste it already...

here's making your own, he uses sugar and "any" oil, I would stick with olive oil.

Interesting how the Lord puts people together to fellowship one with another.
He knew at the Creation we would be having this exchange.
Praise God

While we're on the topic of the Lord and food, have any of you ever eaten anything that you normally wouldn't have, simply because somebody in the Bible ate it?

Interestingly enough, my friend who still owns that same pizzeria has had his own fig tree growing in his backyard for years.

I always watched him eating figs that he had brought to work with him, and they looked repulsive to me.

I finally tried one once (literally...lol), only because of Jesus and the fig tree that we read about in the gospels, and it wasn't that bad.

Anybody else?

pomegranates, there sure isn't much there.
Yea, now that you mention it, I did try a pomegranate once, simply because it's mentioned in the Bible, that my children used to always rave about.

Didn't do anything for me.

I've heard the same.

I did also try the juice once, for the same reasons with the pomegranate itself, and, again, it didn't do much for me...and I love juice.

It wasn't bad.

Just nothing to write home about.

I should wind up my washer, something needs to be getting done around here!
what with all that pizza talk, I should be making some dough to get ready for one!
Wish I had some fungus (mushrooms)

I don't know how anybody could eat any type of insect.

Granted, I ate a few bugs back in my golfing days, but that was definitely accidental...lol.
